I’ve been a loyal client at this salon and have had several services done here, including eyebrow waxing, lash extensions, and tinting. However, after today’s experience, I will definitely not be coming back. I arrived at 5:39 PM, and they close at 6 PM, so there were still 20 minutes left. Despite this, the staff refused to attend to me, saying they were too busy and that they close at 6. This is not how you treat a loyal customer. If the hours state you’re open until 6 PM, clients should be attended to until then. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t recommend this place to anyone anymore.

I’m happy with my lamination and tint, but not happy that no one told me it would be extra to thread my brows (thought this would be part of the lamination and tint and the booking site didnt offer any information), and no one mentioned the CREDIT CARD FEE OF 5% either. So when the $70 lamination and tint turned into $106 you can imagine my surprise.

Edit- I love this place but I just came by at 10 and they’re were closed? Are you no longer in business? When I try to call nobody picks up either. Thank you madi so much for my brows! She is so amazing and sweet I highly recommend!

I always love the threading work that Ayesha does on my eyebrows, and last time I had Sami who also did a great job! (She normally works Saturdays so I got lucky to have her on a weekday!)

Moved from Texas a few months ago and was looking for somewhere to get my eyebrows threaded. Since I’ve been here, Sami has been my go-to for my eyebrows! She has helped me find the best eyebrow shape suitable for me. I always come in with 100% confidence that I’ll leave happily!

I have very high expectations when it comes to anything that is beauty related. I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Aysha. I was totally impressed with her work. I have thinner eyebrows and I told her I like to keep them as thick as possible. Aysha cleaned it, shaped it and tinted it beautifully. I'm very thankful to stumbling into the salon.

I just moved to Tulsa and have been VERY nervous about finding someone to do my eyebrows. I finally decided to pull the trigger here and Sami got me all the way right!!! Quick, thick and black just the way I like them. I am a new regular 😁😁😁

Sami was amazing! She took the time to explain options and to ensure the work she did was good for my face. I am so pleased with the final product. Would recommend giving her a try if you're not consistently happy with your aesthetician.

I happened upon this salon from a Google search for same day appointments AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! I was a little leery, as it has been 5 yrs since I had lash extensions, and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I had Hybrid lash extensions with Xiny and was so satisfied that I booked my first ever microblading the next day! Xiny is polite, professional, precise AND PERFECT! I already have a facial for next week! The salon was clean and beautifully decorated. Staff was awesome!

Sami is a very sweet, highly motivated, and extremely professional. She did my eyebrows quickly, and with great precision. I will definitely go here again & urge anyone who needs eyebrow work to do the same. The prices here are a well-kept secret as well! Thank you Sami!!

Jenna's has been my go to place to get my brows threaded and my leashes lifted and tinted. Every stylist has been wonderful. Sara has been really great for brows and I recently started seeing Xiny for my lashes and I love them.

Came in to a warm welcome. My eyebrow tech was Sara and she did such an amazing job. My service was eyebrow and lip threading and my shape was exactly how I wanted it. She’s kind and friendly. I came in and out super fast. I highly recommend.

Highly dissatisfied! I booked an appointment for eyebrow threading with tint and upper lip threading. I specifically asked for a clean up and to leave my brows as thick as possible. To my dismay I’m left with thin, uneven and splotchy brows. After voicing my disappointment with the results, she attempted to rectify the situation by re-tinting the missed hairs. Although she tried to correct the issue, there is nothing that can be done for an over arched and over threaded eyebrow. She was nice enough however it is quite upsetting when what I asked for was completely disregarded. I contemplated even leaving a review however considering I booked my appointment based off other “glowing” reviews, I wanted to warn that results vary. I will now have to wait weeks for my brows to grow back. Will NOT return. On the bright side she did a great job with the upper lip threading😒

I was was sad cause it cost me $130.00 and they looked worse then b4. I came in and told u and you made them look great. I will definitely be coming back for u in the future. Thanks again!

I went today and my eyebrows are uneven. It’s absolutely horrid and I didn’t like it. when there’s someone in training for my eyebrows, give me someone who’s trained and not new on her own. These are apart of someone’s facial features, not just something that can be fixed. Give these trainees some more training.

Madi is the best person I have ran into for a long time. She is knowledgeable personable welcoming and just an awesome person with good values.i thought I was just going to get my eyebrows done but I ended up leaving with the feeling like I had made a friend. Thank you so much for having the knowledge in you profession. See ya soon! Madi no longer works there and the lady (While she is a nice person) made my eyebrows that were once thick, ultra thin and tint my eyebrows a color that I wouldn't use. I should have known once I walked in and saw that her brows were ultra thin that's what she could offer. Never again, I am on the hunt for Madi, I can't, my face is too important.
