This salon is such a cozy and welcoming space! The atmosphere is always relaxing, and the team is incredibly friendly. Andy has been cutting my hair for 10 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else—he’s truly the best!

I wish that the stylist had been more careful with my haircut, had listened more closely to what I wanted and that she had not cut my hair way too short. Yes, hair does grow back, but sometimes we have things coming up sooner that we want to look good for. I will not return to this stylist.

I’ve been seeing Andy for years, and he’s truly one of the kindest souls. Not only is he an amazing hair artist, but he also takes his time to perfect every cut. He’s incredibly precise—when he says two inches, he means two inches! Plus, he’s committed to his craft, constantly investing in top-notch tools to ensure the best results. Highly recommend!

Sarah B has been doing my hair for almost 2 years now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else!! She has always given me the most perfect blonde and recently did my extensions. If you’re looking into extensions she’s the gal to trust with your hair!! Highly recommend!!

Laura, you are amazing and so talented!!! I went here for the first time this week, and I’m so glad I did. I walked out with some gorgeous color (my previous color really, really needed some expert repair) and such a fun cut that I’m really happy with. It is the most I’ve ever paid for my hair color (I’m a super frugal person), and it was absolutely worth every penny. I’m so happy with how it turned out!!! I will absolutely be back. I also got my brows tinted, and the shade is absolutely perfect and feels very natural. Thanks to Laura for making my week and helping me feel beautiful and more like myself during a stressful life season. Laura is a true pro: she asked so many good questions about what I wanted for my hair and I walked away with better than I hoped for. :)

I have been going to Sarah B for almost 3 years and there is nobody I trust more with my hair! She always creates the perfect blonde color, listens to my ideas, and is always honest about what she thinks will work for my hair. She helps keep my hair healthy (given that I am always going blonde) and is truly just a kind person and a pleasure to be around. Thank you Sarah!!

I met with Sarah B and my hair is orange!!! I called back to try to get a refund or get it fixed and she told me, you booked the wrong time. I replied that that has nothing to do with my hair being orange and, btw she had another customer push their appointment back so we had full time. She then said I was “hostile” and “to stop yelling at her” while she was the one yelling at me. Crazy behavior. Like i’ve never had an experience like this.

I was referred to Ilektra by a friend and she did not disappoint! I don’t think my hair ever looked this good leaving the salon before. She really listened to my needs, made helpful suggestions, and was methodical with the cut. Beautiful salon / atmosphere too. Highly recommend.

Sarah B is the best! From color to extensions to cuts, she does it all! I have been going to her for years and my hair is perfect every time I walk out her door. She listens to what I want at each appointment and each time it comes out great, whether it’s a color or a cut. The tone always looks great. I always love my hair thanks to her!

Andy George has been my stylist for just over 5 years. And for so many reasons, I can truly say I look forward to each and every appointment with him. When I stared seeing him I had short hair, and now it's down the middle of my back. So, he's cut my hair when it's been a lot of different lengths and I've never had a bad cut! I am a natural blonde and didn't bother getting color for a long time. Then, one day I told him how my blonde had gotten darker as I aged and I asked him if he could brighten it up. He said yes and we set an appointment. The color he did was absolutely perfect! He matched my natural color and natural highlights and when I look in the mirror, I see the color I had in high school. Amazing. I'm so mad at myself for not asking him to color it years ago. On top of being ridiculously talented at cutting, coloring, and styling, Andy is just so easy to talk to and I've loved getting to know him over the years. He is kind and cares so much about each of his clients. I look forward to my appointments because I get to hang out and laugh with him for an hour. I leave every appointment feeling beautiful and happy. He's just so great! You should book an appointment with him!

First time customer with Angie—she was wonderful! I came in with a years worth of self bleached and at-home dyed hair and she worked magic. She did a color correction and cut on me and made me look better than I’ve looked in a long time. The salon was clean, comfy, and well designed. I will 100% be coming back. She was awesome

First time visiting this salon for any hair services. I booked with Sarah, and from the minute we met, I could tell she would know how to fix my hair issue. When I got to talking to her, I asked what hair type she thought I had. Without hesitation, she said I'd say the fine hair type and you have a lot of it. Then she asked me why I chose that particular salon, the Jekyll and Hyde salon, to get my hair cut that day. I told her I searched on Google and I always look at reviews because reviews are usually true for the most part. An I stumbled upon that salon as they were on the top 10, and I came across her but she had no comments/no reviews yet, and she thought that was weird for me to choose her. So I told her I went off of energy and when I quizzed her on my hair type and she got the right answer in like 3 seconds. I knew she was going to change my life. She gave me a nice cut, and she didn't take too much off. She gave me a hair treatment for my fine hair type to help with frizz and tangling. She also styled me up really nice and sent me home with more hair treatment stuff. I highly recommend this salon and sarah

I had Matthew and he was so great! Very hardworking and very clear in letting me know what was happening to my hair and what we had to do to achieve what I want. Very fun conversing with him very funny and nice man. I love my haircut and hair dye by him! Thanks again for the great experience.

I have been coming to see Matt at Jekyll & Hyde for a while now. I love the attention to detail and the time he takes with my hair. I have thin hair and I always feel good when I leave. He sets me up, the "process", when I want to change it up, but he never fails to make my hair look good. I would recommend anyone to go to him!!!!

Okay if you’re looking for the most incredible haircut of your life, go to Andy. I used to have hair down to my mid back and he would cut my hair with such precision, I would get layers and a shag. Then I decided to have it all cut off and now he cuts my very short bob. He’s so kind and listens to his clients, and delivers every single time. He also takes such care in his art, and you can tell he perfects his craft. I would absolutely recommend him and this salon. It’s so inclusive, and as a member of the LGBTQ community, I feel very safe here.
