18$ for eyebrows wax and shape and so worth it! I hardly have to pencil them in afterwards. Bikini wax was also great and my lady gave me awesome tips. Front desk lady can be a bit much sometimes but the ladies are very good at what they do so don't let that stop you! HEADS UP: Recently relocated to 19th/5th Ave.

A true hidden gem! I have been going to Jeniette for many years for nails and waxing. It is hard to find such talented and kind salons these days in NYC.

I always go back to Jeniette! Best waxing ! They take their time. Patricia and lizette are wonderful. The staff is very friendly. It’s not fancy looking but the quality of the wax and waxing is amazing .

Marzena at Jenniette has been styling my hair for over 10 years. She is an amazing stylist! I have very fine, but very curly hair which is hard to handle. I have gone to salons that specialize in curly hair, but the cuts are never as good as my cuts from Marzena. The new location is lively and jumping, and Jenny always makes me feel like family. Highly recommend both the salon and Marzena.

SO RUDE. I asked if my pedicure came with a massage and was told it does. Then as I go to pay they attempt to charge me 15 extra for the massage. When I asked to clarify, the woman who manages the shop said I was trying to rip off her staff. I was more than willing to pay it but was expressing it was not clear since I asked if it was included. She then continued to BERADE me about how I’m unethical and hurting her workers, who I wanted to tip until she literally yelled at me to leave. DO NOT GO HERE.

Not a good pedicure and expensive for quality of salon , products and service ($47 !!!!)

What a ripoff. They charge you an extra $5 to use sterilized equipment on top of an already expensive pedicure. Then they want extra money for quick dry, then they won't put the tip on a card and have no ATM. It's also sort of gross and depressing in here.

I have been going to Jeniette for the past 8 years. They are always very friendly courteous and professional. I primarily get my eye brows waxed there every 3 weeks and have tried other spas but keep coming back to Jeniette because they are the best. I have used their other services and always find them to be top quality.
