Jennifer is a miracle worker and I’m so grateful to have found her & her shop. My hair, which was a mix of grey, brown, dyed and dead, is now healthy, vibrant, blonde and bright. She gave me exactly what i wanted/needed, better than i could’ve imagined, really. I feel so confident now. When you look good, you feel good, and Jennifer will stop at nothing to make sure you look good.

I only recently started going to Jennifer. I saw her shop when I went to the UPS store a week ago. I went to her for my hair last week, and she did such an incredible job, given my hair was looking super shaggy and needed a lot of work. She really paid attention to detail and spent a lot of time on me to ensure the best result was achieved and I was looking and feeling fabulous. This morning my mom and I went to her to get luxury manipedis for my mom’s birthday. She did both of us and spent 3+ hours attending to us. She meticulously cleaned our feet, removing ingrown skin, cuticles, callouses, and fungus from our feet & toes. Our feet look like brand new! She also spent lots of time moisturizing our legs and arms with paraffin and lotion. All in all, Jennifer is very skilled at what she does (which is everything!) and you can tell she really cares about her customers. She is very kind and great to talk to and she also gives really competitive prices. 10/10 would recommend!

Jennifer is amazing.I have been coming to her for 13 years. She is very accommodating to my schedule. She's very friendly. I have an autistic daughter, and Jennifer is very loving with my daughter. She does wonders on my daughter and mine hair. Thank you, Jennifer for all the years of awesome haircuts and friendship

I have been coming to Jennifer for many years and love her! She has does my waxing and haircut/styling. Even though I no longer live in San Jose, I always come to her when I visit. It is rare to find such a patient and talented hairdresser!

Jennifer has been providing me with facial service for over 5 years, and each time she has done a wonderful job. I credit her for keeping my skin radiant and young because she takes her time and uses high quality products for my sensitive skin. I have had reduced breakouts and dark spots/scars after seeing her monthly for years.

I felt very comfortable during my appointment with Xuan. She seemed genuinely nice and willing to work with her customers & listen to feedback. I didn’t know what direction I wanted to go with my hair and she helped me figure that out. She did a great job of dying and cutting my hair to what I requested.

I had my long overdue haircut with Jennifer, and I'm so appreciative for the time she takes in explaining the style of hair cut she's doing and each of her meticulous snips! On top of that, having a nice conversation with her while sitting in her chair makes a visit to her well worthwhile. You'll leave her salon feeling extra cared for and confident. This was my first visit with her and I'll definitely come back again!

We moved to the Bay Area a year ago and I was still looking for an hairstylist. The great reviews for Chu Chu salon made me want to go there. So I booked an appointment for my husband and my son. I was super happy with their haircuts! Xuan is so nice, patient and caring. She was very gentle with my son who is usually scared when he gets an haircut. She took time to ask us exactly what we wanted. She was very attentive to the details and checked with me several times during their haircuts. I was really impressed by the quality of the haircuts! Xuan is so talented and passionate about what she does. She was also very friendly and made us feel confortable. She even retouched my bang (for free) and gave me advice! Prices are also very reasonable compared to other salons in the Bay Area. I already book our future appointments and I highly recommend going to her salon! Thank you Xuan for being so nice to us!

Xu-An did an excellent job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and we discussed some options on length and layers. She was very nice to talk to and made me comfortable. She took the time to make sure each hair strand was right - hard with my fine hair. My hair came out perfect. Couldn't have been better and I am very pleased. Thank you, Xu-An!
