Jennifer is amazing. She did an unbelievable transformation on my hair. I was completely brown and in one day she turned my hair to bleach blonde on the top and fire engine red on the bottom. It looked amazing! Her prices are reasonable and she is so talented. I recommend going to see her, I'm in Yorktown and she's TOTALLY worth the drive to Chesapeake! Jennifer thank you for all your talent and I can't wait to see you again!!
