Amazing experience!! All staff members were kind and friendly. The whole experience felt very classy. The inside was beautiful and clean, and they offered me a beverage during my service. Karl did my nails and he was fantastic. This was my first time getting any kind of nail extension and he explained everything beautifully and was very patient with me. My nails look perfect and I will absolutely be back.

I loved the staff. They’re very kind and professional. Joyce was very attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout my time. She listened to me and even offered some advice. I will definitely come back to get my nails done by her again!

Jenn is amazing at her craft. My nails were severely damaged and not only did she recommend the best service and color for my nail condition but also the best care for achieving healthy natural nails. The salon has secure entry so you can really relax and enjoy the process. Getting my nails done wasn’t my favorite process but with service and care I received it felt like pampering and self-care again for me! Definitely the best in LA. This will be my new salon home! THANK YOU!

Update: They resolved the issue and were very kind about it. They also talked to me about their sanitary and safety methods. I’ve started going back again and love that for us. ————— Very cute place and the customer service is okay. They also have a lot of colors. I would give it 4 stars but I came here about 3 times for gel pedis and ended up getting fungus on my big toe. They told me they would check my ticket and talk to the nail tech. I told them who did my pedis and all they said was she’s on vacation sorry. ??? What am I supposed to do with that? It gave no accountability. I asked if my next visit would be discounted because I’m confused on how they could leave it at just that. They said when that tech came back I could get a discount with her. They asked for my number and that was the end of it. Nothing has happened since but what concerns me is how do they know if I would want to go to the same person after that? It makes me question the entire shops sanitary methods. I also dislike the fact that they charge extra based on the length of your real nails. If you get hard gel and your natural nails grow long, unless you are cutting them short, you’ll be paying extra. I don’t think that’s right and appreciate salons that don’t pick and choose prices for the natural nail girlies. I really want to like this place, I’ve even recommend people to go for their nails, my cousin is even a regular there for her gel x nails now, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had Cindy as my technician, she was amazing. Amazing experience, my first time here and the vibe was RIGHT. They offered me something to drink and everyone was so kind and pleasant, the music was great, and the pink decor theme throughout the salon was the cherry on top. Make sure you book after Cindy she did a wonderful job on recommending and executing the French tip on my toes!

Got these done today and honestly wasn’t too impressed given the rave reviews. The ladies were nice and the place was clean but I had two issues- first of all I’d asked for a regular gel manicure and they told me the price, which I was ok with, only for them to give me some extra special gel that cost more, without telling me that it would. I even asked the woman what she was doing when she started, and told her I just wanted color gel but she went on to ask if I’d never gotten this extra special gel, which I said no to, then to say it was the modern way of doing gel and this would make my nail stronger, without telling me it would cost more. I thought it would be the price quoted to me at the door when I specifically asked, and told them what I wanted, but it wasn’t, it was more. Secondly the color wasn’t close enough to my cuticle so there’s a gap and you can see my nail between the color and my cuticle. This photo is taken today and I had it done today, but it looks the way it usually would if I had had the manicure for a few days, so it will grow out very quickly. As I said, the ladies were nice and very professional, but I didn’t expect to spend extra on a service I didn’t ask for, nor did I expect to get a manicure that will grow out quickly because it’s far from the cuticle. I’m just not impressed.

I LOVE Jenny!!! She was so amazing and fast. Such a kind person and so patient. It was my first time at her salon and it did not disappoint. Her salon is so beautiful with an extremely professional staff. Very clean space and also has a variety of nail colors & designs. I will be definitely going back! My new go to salon!

I was walking by and stopped in to see if they had availability for a pedicure. They took me right in and I had a wonderful and thorough pedicure with Cindy. My toes look great and she was very pleasant. The location is also very secure as the doors are locked and all clients must be buzzed in. Would return.

Yesterday I was real disappointed by the service. I walk to the shop, decide to do Medicare and a pedicure at the same time. There is a girl and a man who served me, they really catching the time the gel is not even, and they hurt my finger. It was bleeding because they’re doing too harsh. I feel painful, and that was absolutely bad experience. I feel fine at the beginning. I saw just like a cut. They tried to gave me the cream to stop bleeding. And I think that was OK and they tried to give me discount. I was not really happy after I go home. I find out that my fingers and the other toe fingers are broken too. I’m so angry. I tried to call the front desk to ask for a refund, but they refuse to give me a refund, and they talk about it really busy at the store so they have to text me and explain to me.:I only can get 10% off next time I come to the store, but do you think I really gonna come back because your service and discount????? I was really disappointed because I saw it supposed to be professional, and I don’t think you should visit, even though they reopen a new one at the block. I won’t think to come here again and I even tipped them. That was hilarious. One star for sure.
