Jenny's nail salon is by far the best! I have been a loyal customer for years! Pays meticulous attention to nail, shape, care of feet. Will not go any where else. Get a pedi or mani with out the endless chatter, so you can relax!

Decided to try here as a walk in. They took me right away. I believe I got Kim as my nail tech. Atmosphere was nice and quiet. Cleanliness as expected. Not overly nice or rude, but I like having a “silent” appointment. She was quick and did an awesome job on my nails and brows which matters most. Only complaint is that she did cut my cuticles a few times. Price was best around. $60 for a dip with tips and brow wax. Will def be back. ** UPDATE came back two weeks later for a new set - this time took my daughter with me. We both got dip sets with tips. My tech (Kim again) pryed my tips off with another “tip”/fake nail!! I Haven seen any salon do this since the early 2000s when acrylic was popular!! I was appalled. She also had cotton foil for a soak off right next to her and didn’t offer!! Painful experience. My nails Re all different lengths and shapes even after asking twice to fix. She was rude and made gestures such as tapping or pushing my hands away and pulling my arms closer. Very uncomfortable. My top coat is bubbly. As for my daughter, her nails are crooked and the top coat is horrible. Bubbles, uneven, sloppy job. I will not be returning!!

Had an appointment 2 weeks ago with Eric. The picture you’re seeing is 2 weeks. He was fast and painted my nails like a 2 year old in a coloring book. Paint chipped in days. Nail broke this am. Don’t go there. If you do don’t go to Eric

Jenny does a nice job on my acrylics. They are durable and hold up for the most part, despite working in the service industry. The nail art she pulls off is impressive and always comes out looking classy. I always call for an appointment the day before, but there are regularly time slots available.

Very nice people. Do file aggressively.Do not soak off nails!! They rip them off. Top coat is awful and bubbly.All nails are crooked.

I didn’t even go to get my nails done there. I called to ask about prices and the girl was super rude and told me to come in. Like no thanks, that’s why i’m calling! Need to work on professionalism and customer service.

First time coming here and I wanted short square nails, the guy did a horrible job on my nails, was on the phone the hold time and seems like he was in a rush I called them and told them I wasn’t happy with the result the lady told me to come back up to the salon to look at my nails and she told me it’s nothing wrong with my nails & he did a “good job” so I asked for another paint job and she said she charging me extra $15 to get a color change, mind you they changed me $95 for this full set horrible customer service very very over priced and work done here is trash

Kim Loan was my nail tech today and my experience left me speechless. Pedicure was good, simple, and easy. The problem was the manicure. I have NEVER been to a place that removes gel tips with brute force. This lady PEELED the tips off my nails, removing layers of my natural nails AND breaking a whole nail down the middle. Her response was to patch it up with nail glue LOL. Afterwards, she didn't care to shape my nails before painting them until I said something. They would've looked like teeth unshaped. I had at least 1 cm of nail that I grew in thats GONE now. The whole 2 hours was miserable and insanely stressful. Go somewhere else.

They have good prices and wonderful work! My full set with gel polish cost $65. They do take credit cards, but tips must be cash. ATM inside building!

First time going there and I loved it. Called told him what I wanted and if I could come in last minute and he took me and my friend in. Very friendly. My nails looked better then they ever did. I will be going back and found my new nail place

Nail shop is clean and nice but they are very impolite and rude. Not only that but they do nails very lumpy and mediocre. They are also a bit pricey. This is one of the only nail salons that i been to that doesn't do the gems and rhinestones on the nails

The inside is so beautifully done. Very relaxing. I always go with Eric and he works quick and does WONDERS on my nails. I get the acrylic gels with almond point and the shape is always perfect and they stay on for at least three to four weeks!!!! And I work a lot with my hands so that tells you something. They follow all of the COVID rules, having you use hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in, check your temp, and then clean each booth thoroughly in between clients. Each time I've been scheduled quick.... like, NEXT DAY quick. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Eric is a literal miracle worker!

The lady was very rude, you talk to them or ask a question and they look at you like your an alien and give you dirty looks!!!!!!! I asked for my service to look a certain way and it looked terrible!!!!!!!! I can't describe the rudeness tho they are VERY RUDE!!!!!!!! ITS LIKE THEY STICK THEIR NOSE UP AND THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN YOU, BUT THEY ARE NOT!!!!!!!! I don't know how they get business because a couple ppl told me they are rude and ignorant people!!!!!!!! I'll take my service to the mall at least they treat you with respect!!!!!!!! Rude people
