Extremely poor service. I went for a haircut last month and had been growing my hair for a proper haircut. I was assigned someone who could not understand or speak english properly, maybe they knew a few words here and there. I had specifically told her to give me only two layers as I have wavy hair and waves tend to shorten the hair further, she acted as if ‘what am I saying, this is such a basic thing, or if she has understood my ask’.. she then went ahead and chopped my hair in any which ways she wanted, she ended up giving me extremely short layers and five of them. So now she’s converted my hair into a messy feather cut with several layers and that too ill defined. I also told her to give me curtain bangs, instead of that she cut my hair around the crown of the head into really short layers. I will have to wait until my hair grows back and will have to spend a lot to get the hair cut corrected. I would not recommend this salon to any one for a haircut. Infact for such a poor service they should be returning me my money back!

Jenny is absolutely amazing and is a perfectionist. I have been coming to her for my nails and toes for several years. I do not trust anyone else with my nails. Sometimes Mai does my toes & she does an excellent job as well.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your salon. I went in for a manicure and my nails were ruined as a result. The nails were chipped and broken within a day of leaving the salon. I had specifically requested for a specific type of polish and the technician did not use it. I had to go to another salon to get my nails fixed which was an extra expense for me and a waste of time. I will not be returning to your salon in the future and will be sharing my experience with others.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my first time waxing experience at your establishment. I had scheduled an appointment for a brazilian wax, and was expecting a smooth and painless process. However, the experience was far from that. Upon leaving the appointment, I noticed that my skin was covered in scabs and I was bleeding in multiple areas. I was extremely uncomfortable and in pain for several days afterwards. I also had to cancel plans and miss work due to the severity of my condition. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of my waxing experience, and I believe that the technician should have been more cautious and gentle during the process, especially since it was my first time. It is unacceptable that I had to suffer so much after my appointment.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your hair salon. I recently visited your salon and was assigned to a new worker, who unfortunately ruined my hair. When I first sat down in the chair, I explained to the worker that I wanted a simple trim and a few layers. However, the worker took it upon themselves to make drastic changes to my hair without consulting me first. They cut off several inches more than I had requested and left my hair uneven and choppy. Furthermore, the worker seemed inexperienced and struggled to style my hair properly. They left me with a frizzy and unkempt look that I am extremely unhappy with. I left the salon feeling embarrassed and self-conscious about my hair. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received and the damage that was done to my hair. I had high expectations for your salon and was expecting a professional and satisfying experience. Instead, I was left with a ruined haircut that I will now have to spend time and money to fix. I would also appreciate it if the salon could take steps to ensure that this type of incident does not happen again in the future.

I went for a facial and had the worst facial of my life. I don't know if it was the products they used or what but my face was burning and was all red and inflamed after this massage. Get their massage only at your own risk. I strongly advise to avoid this place for a facial.

Jenny does great work, she's quick and her facilities are consistently getting cleaned and disinfected before and after each customer sits and whatever they may touch.

Very expensive and the staff is not at all welcoming . They were not so happy while seeing a visitor / customer☹️. Regular pedicure $25 and they don't give a variety of nice colors also . If you do gel color you will be given vast variety of colors. Never gonna visit again this customer is not happy sorry 😐.

I reside in Gilroy, but was in the San Jose area today. After Googling for a nail salon, I noticed that "Jenny's Nail Salon" had great reviews, so went in. I DO NOT regret my choice one bit! The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I had the honor of having Teresa as my nail technician, not only was she amazing, but also gentle and respectful. Definitely my "go to" when I am in the area again. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience.

I usually don't get full set, last week i decide get full set, i should get her name, i want to say she did beautiful job on my nails, and i also get my hair done, i not sure who does my hair, she take her time, i know i always say i going come back for hiteligts . lol this time i going in early get my touch up and hitelight same time :)

I love the professionalism that Jenny displays. Shes always been great at what she does. I have been going there for many years and of course over time word of mouth brings more business and that's great for her just not those of us that travel from a distance because its already hard to get an appointment but making on time is something else.Jenny has many customers which make it hard to come in last minute but it's ok, I'll continue to call in a check her availability.

Very disappointed I went to my to get a fill within 4 days my pinky nail fell off after replacing it went back 4 days later to have her glue my nail back on she started screaming and yelling at you saying I needed to pay for her to glue my nail back on of course the owner Jenny was not there and I told my I am not going to pay for you to glue a nail back on that should have never fell off in the first place I will not be coming back here

Went for a pedicure. It was just basic ...for $20. Not even worth that. Toe nails were not painted to much liking. I like all edges done. I wanted more... would have paid more but nothing was offered. Will not be back. Staff was not inviting or very social.

Love this nail shop. Been coming here for years. Tina does a great job on hair and Jenny is always my go to for nails. But everyone else there is great also.

My first time here, I didn't care for the service I received on a full set of nails, but I returned yesterday and this is my new spot, thanks to Ava! I loved the fact that we both like being different from others and she totally understood that... Ava thinned my nails and I gave her full control of my polish and design... she did not disappoint me at all... I will definitely be back...
