I just recently got extensions and unfortunately, wasn’t happy with the placement and how my hair was blended. I called Jess and she saw me the next day and worked her magic! She fixed my hair and blended my extensions perfectly! She also provided her insight and perspective on her experiences and I will be back to see her for sure! Definitely recommend her if you are struggling with your hair! She listens and she truly cares!

Jess is excellent! I went there for the first time for a cut today and had a really great experience. First, she took the time to speak with me about my hair concerns, routine and made excellent recommendations. She absolutely took her time and was super thorough. You can tell how much she experience she has when she speaks with you. I love my cut, best I’ve had in a long time. The price is very reasonable for the amount of time she takes to care for your hair. She also took the time to give me tips on how to properly style my hair. She has an awesome personality. I will def be going back.

I went to see Jess the Beauty Boss today for only a consultation for hair extensions, but ended up getting a full color, cut and style! As you can see in the pics below, I look like a new woman! Jess is AMAZING!! This was my first time seeing Jess. I came in because my haircut that was done elsewhere was not up to par. She took her time cutting my hair as well as explaining things to me and I got the most perfect cut!!! I learned so much from her about what to do or not do with my hair and products. I’m already scheduled for my next appointment with her!!

I highly recommend Jess for your hair coloring needs! She’s so talented! I moved to the area recently and had a bad experience at another salon with my blonde highlights. My color and cut weren’t what I wanted and when I went back to the other salon for a fix it got worse. I spent weeks searching for another stylist and went to a couple of consultations. I am so happy to have found Jess. 🩷 She completely transformed my “calico cat” hair color back to my warm blonde highlights. She also gave me a stylish haircut to repair the nightmare haircut I was given. She listens, answers questions and takes her time. She is a gem, once in a lifetime find. I will be going back to let her continue to care for my hair.

After searching avidly online for someone with great reviews, I decided on Jess and went to her for the first time last week. Thankfully she was able to offer me a “quick cut” at an affordable price. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable and gave me a few tips on what to do with my hair. I’m not one who likes to spend time doing their hair and she gave some pointers on what to do so it will looks amazing with no effort. Thank you, Jess 😁

I’m not sure about her professional skills, they appear average, but this lady severely lacks people skills. She acts arrogant and unfriendly. I had to go get my purse from the car at the end of my appointment, and when I came back, I overheard her and her assistant making fun of their clients they had that day and saying terrible things about them. She should not be working with people if she hates them this much. Stick to styling wigs. Edited to add: the owner replied to my feedback suggesting "it was someone else in the building". It definitely was not. It was Jess and her assistant who was pregnant at the time.

After so many horror stories with extensions, I went to Jess for a fix and new hand tied extensions. She is absolutely amazing and has restored my faith in extensions! Her color and cut skills are perfect and my natural hair blends in seamlessly. I even had a little hiccup shortly after my extensions were put in, and she let me come in, fixed them and patiently taught me the correct way to care for them at no charge. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a gorgeous hair transformation!

Fabulous haircut. Jess is wonderful, she took the time to really understand the look I wanted, and she delivered! Jess is extremely knowledgeable, and she explained how I can better care for my hair, as I showed up with very damaged ends. I left with glossy, silky, smooth hair with no more dead ends! I was still able to keep my hair long, as she was careful to only cut the dead stuff. Thank you Jess!!

I can’t say enough great things about Jess. My wife and I started going to her more than 6 years ago and she has been so consistently amazing with our hair that even after a move that took us an hour away from her salon, we still come back. I can’t imagine going somewhere else.

I have been going to Jess for many years and I will continue to keep going back. From the first time I went, it was like we had been friends for a long time. She has always worked around my crazy schedule, made great suggestions and encouraged me to try new styles. I have learned a lot over the years from her. I have never been for an appointment that was not on time and we have had lots of laughs while she is doing my hair. I am not sure that the posts from people that are so negative were in the right shop. Here's to many more years of The Beauty Boss!

I really enjoy having Jess do my hair! She does a wonderful job and is friendly and a great conversationalist. When I get my hair dyed I can always count on her to do a great job. The color always comes out perfect!

I've been a long-time customer of Jess and I cannot recommend her enough! My hair is long and gets unruly because I wait wayyyy too long between cuts, but every time I finally drag myself in, Jess gets the layers and fringe just right, thins out the bushy areas and smooths me down. I always feel so much lighter and prettier when I leave. I need to get my butt in the chair in front of her much more often!

Where do I start?! After many years of trying to find someone to color and style my hair I finally found someone who takes the time to listen and help me understand what I am looking for. Jess is extremely knowledgeable with color and helping you determine what you are truly looking for. What I have in my head vs. what I want is what she can pull out. She has also been extremely helpful in teaching me how to get my hair healthy again. I don’t need a million products just a couple and a great routine. Definitely worth my time and money.
