I followed Jessica Ellam Medical Aesthetics on social media for a long time before finally making the decision to have lip filler and tox by her. She was professional, friendly and listened to my all concerns and thoroughly answering my questions. The other ladies in the office were all kind and helpful as well.

I have been wanting to come here for a while, and it finally worked out with my schedule. The wait and hype did not disappoint! They are SO sweet and not snooty like some medical spas can be. The ambiance inside is so welcoming and cozy and smells amazing! Vanessa is a sweetheart and knowledgeable. As she was doing my lashes, she was explaining each step and what to expect. I enjoyed being her client! Very much looking forward to having more services done at Jessica Ellam!

Love coming to Jessica Aesthetics for my toxin needs! It’s always a clean and happy experience when I walk in the door. I don’t love needles, but Jessica distracts me from evening thinking about it. The most knowledgeable and trustworthy group in Knoxville! Can’t speak highly enough about this group of incredible ladies. Wonderful experience from the moment I called to book my appointment. I called VERY last minute to book an appointment for Botox as a new patient and Donna was so kind and helpful while getting me booked. When I arrived for my appointment the aroma in the office is amazing and Donna was so warm and welcoming. I was promptly taken back for my appointment with Jessica who was wonderful. She was very professional and easy to talk to. I will most certainly be back!
