I had a great massage. You need to be buzzed in by pressing the "2nd floor" button and climb a flight of stairs. I opted for a 60 minute general massage and the therapist worked skillfully and diligently the whole time. The price was substantially lower than in most other NYC massage centers. I will definitely come back.

Was a regular customer but had the worst experience during a recent visit. To the receptionist at front desk: It’s 2025. Stop being selectively friendly to white customers while showing a cold face to your own compatriots. THANK YOU

I called the spa on Monday for a Sat massage 1hr. Saturday I had to push the apt, they were able to move it. Went in and the receptionist seemed confused I had an apt.. they got me set up anyway. Massage, while it lasted.. was good. But the masseuse would leave without saying anything, take phone calls while massaging me the entire time. I felt like I spent more time alone than being massaged, sometimes getting cold without a blanket. Especially with her leaving so often and being in one of the front rooms (divided by curtains), I’m not sure if the curtains were kept closed. While leaving, I did see a client’s curtain open and them lying face down. Disappointed, I go to the front desk. Left a 15% tip, and the receptionist said no, 20% minimum. Did not ask how the massage was. I didn’t care to talk much so left tip and left. Was expecting more considering high reviews.

I have been coming here for over 5 years whenever I visit NYC – it’s one of my first stops after a long flight. To sum it up, they offer a consistently good deep-tissue massage, will listen to your concerns to tailor your session, and the price/value can’t be beaten. They can get busy (so you might want to call ahead), but I’ve never felt rushed. The manager who greets you, is very kind, and professional, and runs a clean shop that caters to both men and women. Jenny (who I had on my last visit) not only worked out my nagging knots but also delivered a fantastically soothing head massage (I caught myself snoring a couple of times- apologies to any other customers that I might have disturbed). Rest assured, all the other masseuses I’ve had here have also been wonderful. Don’t hesitate to book your next massage session here-you won’t be disappointed. But for those guys looking for “extras” (I think you might know what I mean), you probably should look elsewhere-this is a professional massage shop, please respect these nice, hard-working ladies.

Look nowhere else - this place is the bomb and there is nothing further to discuss! You walk in - tense, tight, uncertain of your place in life and you walk out feeling like you can handle any and all life has to throw your way! You will sleep like a baby. I moved out of town and specifically make a point to come back here when I am back in town. I recommend this place to everyone and it never disappoints. I can’t believe I never left a review for this place. Without a doubt it deserves a 5 star rating!

One of the last few massage parlors left in the city. The staff is friendly and can perform a good strong massage since I needed one due to working from home, etc. The prices are good, and the place is clean.

This past weekend I was in NYC and looked for a highly rated Asian massage location. Fortunately, I signed up for a 90 minute body massage with Wendy. Her massage was outstanding and tailored to my expressed interest. Wendy gave a professional, deep tissue massage. I highly recommend this spa.

Clean and well experienced-they know what they are doing. Occasionally they have to send away creeps looking for more than a massage probably because they have good prices it’s assumed. But it’s honestly amazing-Suki is great but all are. One of the best little massage places in nyc!
