Lisa has magic fingers. I’ve noticed a visible, positive difference in my skin since seeing Lisa on a somewhat regular basis. They also have a full selection of BR products. And free valet parking, making the experience very easy.

I can’t recommend Jill Bucy enough. All three gals give the best service. I usually see Lisa who is so sweet and personable. She will let you either chat during a service or if you’re not feeling chatty, will let you relax and drift away during your facial. The products they use are the absolute best and actually work. The owner, Svetlana, is so kind, real, and welcoming. Try them out, I promise you’ll see results.

I went to Lisa at Jill Bucy for facials before three important events recently. Lisa’s touch is golden and the treatments were beyond my expectations. I got compliments on my appearance at every event as well in everyday life for weeks following. The products are amazing and she has me on a daily regimen as well as targeted solutions. I’m 52 and people Guess my age anywhere from 35-45. My skin is elastic and radiant and even more so when I’ve been in for a deeper facial. I love this woman! I’ll be going for years to come to keep the years off.

Love love love! I come once a month and I’ve seen so many improvements. I have acne prone skin and hyperpigmentation, Svetlana always has great recommendations and always leave my skin glowing. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great facial with amazing products

Fantastic, upscale, and worth the high price. Svetlana is incredibly knowledgeable and single-handedly transformed my appearance. She genuinely cares about your skin and gives you the service and products you need. She also educates you on what she is doing and why. I have learned so much about my skin and how to take care of it from her. She is honest but kind and truly helps the most serious skincare woes. And she remembers who I am and what we talked about at the previous facial. I am always impressed with the service I receive. You are paying for expert service and cult-following products. It's no joke. The boutique is lovely and always relaxing. I look forward to facials here and made a bucket in my budget so I can keep coming back!

Svetlana and Susan are so knowledgeable - I learned a lot about my own skin and how to care for it using the amazing professional Biologique Recherche French skincare line. Both Susan and Svetlana were so personable and lovely… I had a delightful time and a fantastic facial - my skin was glowing. Highly recommend.

This is very unexpected experience , My appointment been canceled at very last minutes. I had rebook again then it’s been cancel again ?! The funny thing is they keep requests me to confirm my appointment though the text message , I have to keep sending confirm to them, unfortunately I still received cancel call by two appointments I made .

Love this place! Stopped in here to get help choosing the fabled P-50 (that I can't buy in Canada) and was impressed by the service. The spa is tucked away in the charming MarQueen hotel. Svetlana (I think? Long blonde hair, soft accent?) took the time to make sure I got the appropriate version, and was warm, helpful and knowledgable. I will certainly be back anytime I am in Seattle.

I've been going to the Jill Bucy spa since October of 2012 and absolutely love it. I had aesthetician Svetlana do my first facial and now I always schedule my appointments around her availability. She listened to my concerns and made my skin glow. The spa has unique super relaxing friendly atmosphere which is a nice change from the chain spas feel I was used to before. The place is definitely worth the money. The Biologique Recherché products used during facials are simply amazing. I highly recommend this spa to anyone seeking a relaxing, enjoyable experience!
