Jinny did an excellent job on my hair and make up for the military ball. Making me feel very beautiful. She was very friendly and very professional.It was my first meeting her and I loved her already. I recommend her if you want to get professional hair and make up done for your special event.

She was very attentive and asked what we liked didn’t like and what we were going for. For me being a Christian and also Miss Jinny it was nice to step into a business were we could pray and worship together as Sisters in Christ. My family has gone to Jinny's studio for several services and we've all been happy with the results and the environment! I'll describe each service and their experience below. My mom first went to Jinny to get highlights. My mom was very happy with the service and the color. She's gone twice now to keep up with her highlights and she's been happy that her hair has been growing and not as damaged as other places she's gone to. Jinny also schedules touch-ups right after the highlights session and sends reminders to my mom to keep her hair color on track. My sister then had her Quince photoshoot and she got her hair and makeup done by Jinny. Jinny did a great job taking into consideration my sister's natural curly hair and shared some tips with my sister on how to care for her hair on a normal basis. The makeup was simple and elegant, as my sister and mom wanted for her photoshoot. Her hair was a half up and half down style and lasted the ENTIRE day and next day. My sister had her photoshoot at 6 pm and we went early in the morning to get her hair and makeup. My sister is very shy and Jinny was able to get her talking and enjoy her time getting dolled up. Later that week my sister got a manicure and pedicure from Sara to prepare for her Quince. My sister wanted french tip acrylics and a french pedi. Sara did an amazing job on the nails and added pearls/butterflies to the nails. On the day of my sister's Quince, the three of us (my mom, the quinceañera, and myself), were booked for hair and makeup. Jinny accommodated for us to go in earlier since we needed to be at the church by 12 pm and aimed to be done with our services by 11 am. Jinny brought us in at 7 am and had scheduled her staff to make sure each of us was getting worked on at the same time. All three of us were done with our hair and makeup by 10 am. Our hair and makeup lasted all day; through the heat and wind. Jinny also provided coffee and donuts for us that morning since we were there early and had a long day ahead. Jinny and her staff have made us feel welcome every time we're in the studio. Jinny is a great listener and will guide you to something you'll like and give you options before you pick something that you may not like. Jinny accommodates her schedule to ensure you can get your service. Their attention to detail in the work they do and the personal relationships they form with their customers, are the reasons why we recommend Jinny's services.

I have been wanting to dye my hair for a while now and never found the right person. I was always nervous after hearing so many horror stories. Then I found Mrs. Jinny. She is the kindest gal you’ll ever meet. She listens to what you want and makes it happen. She also educates you on how to properly care for your hair as well (which is so helpful). She will absolutely go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend her services! I am a Californian who will gladly travel to El Paso, Texas to have my hair done again by her. What a great experience! Jinny is so nice and make me feel comfortable. I made appointment one day before for haircut and she accepted it! Jinny is absolutely amazing person and very kind. She will tell you what she will do with your hair step by step before do it. I recently moved to El Paso and needed to find a new hairstylist and then I was also looking for someone to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. I visited Jinny and instantly felt a connection to her and loved her upbeat/positive attitude. The same day that I went to my first appointment, I booked her for my wedding. I loved all of the images of her other clients and knew I would be in good hands. I was correct. Jinny and her team completed hair and make-up for 10 people in my group ahead of schedule (4 hours instead of 5). They all turned out so great and everyone loved their hair and make-up. I have very fine hair and was worried that my hair wouldn't stay, but she assured me that it would last all day, and it did! Jinny and her team are so organized, friendly and welcoming. Prior to my wedding, I did a teeth whitening session with Jinny and had my nails done with Ryshe and loved them!! Jinny, I cannot thank you and your team enough! I was over the moon with my results. I felt like a beautiful bride and was confident on my wedding day! I would highly recommend Jinny and her team for any of your special event needs! My photos are of me getting ready, a picture with me and some of the bridesmaids (all had their hair and makeup done at the studio by Jinny's team) and then a picture of me at the end of the night.... proving my hair and makeup stayed on.

I recently sat through Ms. Jinny's professional makeup class as a model with two licensed instructors receiving the training. Her training was excellent and so was the makeup application. I highly recommend her class for anyone looking to better understand makeup theory and makeup artistry. She had the instructors learn a bridal look as well as a smoky eye/evening look. I would also highly recommend her for anyone wanting to get their makeup and hair done for a special event. She is not only very knowledgeable but also warm, comforting and really listens to what you want. I felt beautiful and I would not hesitate to book her in the future for a special event.
