I go between a 2 and a 3 star. This place is so hit or miss. I want to like it but many of the workers do not speak or understand English so it’s impossible to get them to understand what they are doing wrong. 90 min for $90 can be cheap But it’s a waste of money when you leave more stressed than you came. Some of the technicians are very good but for instance today the better massuese was switched out for an inexperienced girl and it was easily one of the worst massages I has did the second portion. Very disappointed

I got a perfect massage last night. So quiet , clean, and every one is so nice. Especially Lisa is always professional and I believe her in Marry Hill. She saved my shoulder and back.

JinYu Spa on 34th Street is the most professional and relaxing spa I have been going over the years. The staff is extremely professional, courteous and thorough. The deep massage I get there helps me get through the week without any pain in my body. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for a calm, clean and professional place to get a regular and at the same time luxurious massage. Your body will thank you!

So unprofessional, I got a massage that was supposed to help me relax but instead it made my body hurt for a few days, they charge you an extra 10 dollars if you pay with a card also they start being rude if you don’t give them the amount of tip they want. I went with a group of friends and we were all expecting so much more. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

OMG. I walked in 5 min after my bf called. Anna did an amazing job. I fell asleep probably 10 times during my 1.5 hr facial & head/scalp massage because I was so relaxed. The calming music and water fountain were at the perfect volume. It was clean inside and smelled amazing. I’m so excited and pleased. This is my new spot. I will be back all of the time.

Been here over a dozen times and love it. Always clean and peaceful (sometimes there's street noise but 34th is pretty busy always so not their fault). I usually get the deep tissue 60 min which is always worth it. I rarely get the same masseuse but they generally all do the same thing - shoulders, back, butt, legs, arms, neck, and very lightly scalp. They wipe down any oil they put. Sometimes they use rocks. You can specify body parts that you want them to focus on. Prices are moderate for the area - I've been to cheaper places but I think this place is worth the lil extra cost. I usually book on classpass as they have lots of availability for this spot. Highly recommend!

Couples massage was excellent; both masseuses were great. The room was relaxing and peaceful and the price was very fair for 75 minutes. Would certainly book again!

Overall good. Was fairly priced compared to other spas in the area. It’s on the second floor of an apartment-like building and there isn’t any specific signage outside instructing you where to go so it is a little difficult to find. The massage was good and went the full time period. They are in individual rooms but with curtain doors/open top walls, so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. My only critique was that the place didn’t feel like a really nice spa - the decor, lighting, guest experience, etc. was all a little over the place.

Went to the one on 5 Ave with my wife for a couples message . We wanted a deep tissue for me and a Swedish for her. We did 11/2 hrs and were very disappointed we both rated it as one of our worst experiences we have had in a long time . Massage was as gentle as it could have been ( no benefit to tight muscles)Do your self a favor and look for a better place . John

Wonderful place with amazing prices! I got a 45 min Swedish massage because I felt very tense after a week of barely having any sleep, and I left extremely relaxed and calm. 100% would recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back!

EDIT: the owner of the spa got in touch with me and was kind enough to offer me a new service to make up for the one that went badly. I got the relaxation food bath and massage and it was lovely!! The place was very clean and pretty but if I would’ve known I was paying $68 to have someone only scratch my head for 45 minutes (I got the head and scalp massage) I never would have come. I also asked multiple time for lighter pressure and they either didn’t understand me or didn’t know what lighter pressure meant because they kept up the same pressure the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend coming back

If I could give 6/5 stars, I would! Absolutely phenomenal deep tissue massage. No one has ever tackle the tension in my neck so well and I’ve had massages in 5 star resorts, Thailand, cruise ships and various spas across the country. Strongly recommend to anyone. Simply fantastic.
