I really enjoyed my experience! I booked through Classpass and my masseuse was ready when I arrived. I arrived with a tightness in my shoulder blades and mid-back, but left my appointment with a pep in my step. Definitely will be returning!

I cannot speak highly enough about this place and my massage. I got the Signature 2-hour massage. After days of walking in New York City, my legs, feet, and hips were so sore and after my massage I felt like a new person! I will always make an appointment when I am in New York!

Got a phone call 10 mins prior to my 3pm appointment saying they had to rebook me for 4pm because ‘it’s too busy’. Incl me 2 people were booked for the time slot and I got bumped probably because I booked via classpass. Offered no apology.

I always leave so much lighter after getting massage from Eddie. He’s very kind and attentive and thorough. I feel ever muscle gets the exact attention it needs and my body is grateful for it. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. The best way to treat yourself or someone else✨

I came again today and my experience this time wasnt as great. I had a male masseuse who was very aggressive and very rough. I told him 3 times that he was being to rough and even said no while he applied pressure to my hips. He was so rough that my back cracked during the massage. He burped while massaging me and laughed instead of saying excuse me. He only rubbed my head and didn't do an actual scalp massage. I asked for the 120 minute massage with a scalp massage and face massage. He stopped 50 minutes into the massage and said done. I went to grab my phone and noticed I had time left. His coworker came in and began asking if i chose the 120 minute massage while i was topless. I said i did and she said she would finish. I will never return after this experience and am disappointed that the service was horrible this time around. I decided to schedule an appointment at this location after seeing that they did scalp massages. I decided to book the 90 minute relaxing massage which includes two add ons. I decided to choose the scalp and foot massage as my add on. Things I loved: Asked my pressure preference The massage table has a face cushion so it makes it even more comfortable when getting a massage The massage was amazing and very soothing She did a minor face massage which was calming Play calming music and had essential oils running which made the experience even more relaxing Things I didn't like: They have a bell that is rung so people can come in it was a little distracting The room is nice but isn't closed off as the ceiling is open so you'll hear noises Overall I enjoyed my massage and I felt relaxed and relived when I left. The massage was so good I snored a bit and napped. I am definitely returning again as I enjoyed the whole experience.

Just finished my massage with Eddie & I must say it was one of the most aligning and thorough massage therapy experiences I’ve had. I’ve tried many massage places and this is one where I plan on becoming a regular. Great price & value. Eddie checked in throughout and not only worked in relaxing but helping my body release tension, stretching and aligning.

Very good service at a great price. I booked a 45 minute head massage that was amazing. Included massages on back, neck, scalp and face. Efficient and professional massage therapist (Anna) who knew what she was doing. Will recommend and will be back.

What it lacks in ambiance it crushes with quality. My wife and I needed a break from the parents on our visit and this was an excellent break. 90 minutes for 80 was more than worth it. Hot stones, warm oil, and warm towels to wipe you down. Do it!

Absolutely the best! Quaint and relaxing. Had a 45-minute deep-tissue massage done. After a few days my Sciatica symptoms were nearly alleviated. Very pleased! Great price too! Thank you so much!

Hello, I am writing to you to thank you for the wonderful massage I just had today. I was suffering from an atrocious back and neck pain. I felt taken care of even though I booked an appointment at the last minute because I was suffering too much. All the staff were very welcoming and my massage was done with a lot of dedication. From not being able to sit before the massage, I am now sitting comfortably free from muscle tension that I accumulated from exhaustion. It was one hour of magic! I would also like to commend the level of professionalism. The masseur was very precise and could figure out the problem areas without my indications. It was really impressive!
