Erin is great! She is so kind, is very attentive to the needs of her clients, eager to explain how everything works, and will answer any questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with laser hair removal. I would highly recommend Jiva Med Spa, especially for anyone who hasn’t received any of the service they offer before. They are great with newcomers!

WORST customer service i’ve ever experienced in my entire life, coming from someone that works in this industry. I have tried to text, email, and call them multiple times and they keep telling me they are going to call me back or respond to my messages and never do. They kept saying they were dealing with “urgent” meetings, however al clients should be a priority and it shouldn’t be hard to set up a time to meet to discuss issues. The financial person just responded to my messages today via email and she was the only one that responded. My friend that came in a month or two ago for tattoo removal paid the same exact price as me for basically half of a sleeve tattoo and another arm tattoo that was pretty big. They told me I would be paying $3000 for two 1 inch tattoos which is zero negotiation of the price that the doctor had told me I was getting some huge discount. Biggest scam i’ve ever heard of in my life. The doctor also kept telling me I was getting two discounts and that is no discounted price that i’m aware of. I feel like I got fully taken advantage of because I am also a nurse and I do work at a different medspa. The doctor tried to say that he would give me a discounted price so that I could bring more people to Jiva for tattoo removal, however no one from my workplace is going to pay those prices unfortunately especially since they weren’t discounted at all. I’m 23 years old so this was going to be a big purchase for me and I thought it would be taken a little bit more seriously. I was also told numerous times that my payments would be “interest free” until I had already agreed to do my first treatment and then it was COINCIDENTALLY not interest free anymore after speaking with the financial advisor to get my payments set up. SUPER unprofessional and will definitely never be returning again!

Julie is so personable. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to work me in on her busy schedule. All staff members are helpful and greet you with a smile. Next week I’m trying out the Boca Rotan facility. It’s a little over an hour from Port Saint Luci and I’m sure it will be well worth it.
