I’ve had my brows done here a number of times. The first time I had it done but such a sweet asian lady. She did a great job and was so kind. The past two times (I went back again in hopes I would get the first lady again) I got an older caucasian lady. First off, she smelled atrocious both times. I can’t even bluff her hands smelled like straight cat. And she was rude about a scar across my eyebrow. I ride horses and had busted by brow on a jump and she processed to tell me that it wasn’t a scar and I should let it grow out. Well, I’ve been letting that scar grow out for three years, yet to come back. The second time I returned she was my tech yet again and asked me who did my brows before me because they looked bad. It was her. So. Not sure who’s to blame here. Anyway, 10/10 on the asian lady. If you can hold your breath and take your heart off your sleeve I guess the other lady is stomachable as well.

Horrible. Made an appointment. Called twice to confirm which she happily agreed. Got there at appointment time. Waited 22 minutes. Told the lady I haven't had a pedicure for over a year and was really looking forward to it. My feet were in the water for 2 minutes. She never put any oils around my toes. She cut everything dry. Massage? Yeah right. $60?!! Unreal. How could you sell a service for that much and it be that shitty?

Got a basic manicure and pedicure and honestly both looked great. But my nails chipped the next day! The place was super dirty. I didn’t feel like they did a good job cleaning anything they used and the entire place was just dirty and dusty.

I've gotten my nails done at this salon twice. The first time took over 2 hours. I was sort of OK with that because I got 2 services. The second time I got 2 services as well. It didn't take quite as long. The first time I was pretty satisfied with the work, though the technician didn't smooth out the cuticle area good enough. The second time was a better experience, so I decided to go back. Therefore, I made an appointment. I after driving 45 minutes and arriving slightly early, I was informed that the technician I made the appointment with had just decided to leave right before I arrived. I asked if she knew of the appointment, and was told yes and that the technician left because she she wanted to go play with her daughter. This was so unprofessional! I was due to go out of town and didn't have time to go someplace else. Sometimes I can't believe how some businesses are run! Poor customer service!!

This total service was NOT worth $95. It’s been almost 1.5 (one week 2 days since it was done) weeks and my manicure has started peeling off. My nails were uneven and the color wasn’t given enough coats. My manicure was $40 and they way it’s already peeling and how thin it was, it was not worth $40. My pedicure was decent and thankfully the color hasn’t peeled yet. That stated it was not worth the $55 that the pedicure cost. Do not go here! There are other places who give much better payoff for cheaper than this place. Such a disappointment.

The worst nails I have ever gotten done! I had them repaint them to a solid color since what I wanted was done very poorly and the guy who did them was very aggressive with my nails. My nails did not last even a whole week and two are already broken, paid $60 for the worst nails ever

They were nice. All I did was remove my nails and get my natural nails painted… But I don’t think the equipment they used was very clean. Also the card reader magically broke lol… make sure you bring cash in case thankfully I had just enough.

I had a pedicure done recently...and it was very painful. He didn't soak my feet long enough. While he was trying to clean and remove the cuticles around my large toe, he actually scraped too deep and as a result, leaving my toe bleeding. The next day, I had to wrap my toe with an antiseptic bandaid.

I visited this place on 9/2/2023, this was my first and last time. The lady who did my nails was on a Facetime call talking with someone who was in bed. She was on this Facetime the whole time she was working on my nails (UNPROFESSIONAL AS HELL!!!). Speaking of...she did a rush job. My nails do not look like a professional did it. There is nail polish on the skin SMH. When will we ever learn to STOP going to these nail shops, who just take our money and not give superb service. The only reason I was ever in there in the first place was because my fiancé wanted to surprise me. I've never had my nails done and I was talking about putting polish on them. My hand and nails would look much nicer with my new engagement ring. I definitely will not be going back. People, if we stop giving places like this our hard earned money they will eventually go out of business. Subpar service equals subpar business.

Its really unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review because the nail tech that serviced me was really friendly, we had nice conversations and he made me feel welcome but my nails just don’t look good. the polish is cured to my skin and it doesn’t look professional. if you plan on going here, make sure to listen to the reviews and know what to expect. I guess its really a hit or miss, but I wont be going back. the service was not worth $40+.

AWFUL!AWFUL!AWFUL!!!!! Do not go there the lady who did my toes was horrible! She cut my big toe and worked on one toe just digging into it. I said the hurts but she just kept on. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

I normally go somewhere else and this place was a last minute thing. Never again. Took the lady 2 hours to do my pedicure, and they looked awful, than my nails look horrible as well. Now I have to go back to get them done at my regular place once I'm off and they open. Very disappointing.

We had a mother/daughter day and decided to get our nails done while shopping. We had a great experience. I had a picture of what I wanted; My daughter had them do whatever they wanted. Our nails came out good. But I did notice that they don't use the electric file to shape the nail after they apply acrylic. We had a great experience overall. They made us feel at home. They were professional while also making us laugh. They were also very gentle. We will definitely return, but I'll probably have to remind them to shape the nail so they don't look weird when they start growing out. Also.. I did pay $65 for a full set, so at that price they probably shouldn't have to be told what to do. I've NEVER IN MY LIFE paid that much for a full set. My daughter paid $55 for a fill and design. Why are nails around here so expensive. I used to pay $35 for a full set with design and rhinestones.

Tina did my nails and she did an awesome job! I was able to walk in and only had to wait for 20 minutes which wasn’t bad at all because I was able to go to the food court and grab dinner! I recommend Tina for your acrylic nail needs!
