Had my first massage with Li yesterday. How incredible to have a thoroughly competent masseur who provided an excellent massage, perfect pressure and good customer service. I've been "shopping around" for someone like him and have paid much more for much less results. I will absolutely return and make visits to Li a regular occurrence. Update: July 2024: After reading some of these reviews, I decided to try the spa again. YES, management has certainly changed/ improved. "John" deserves all the accolades that are mentioned in other reviews. It was quite possibly the best massage I've received in many many years. I asked for and received a "deep tissue" touch and his expert skill did not disappoint. I will certainly return for more of his work. Really, really good!

$60 full body massage and it was worth every cent!!!! My lower back is a mess and it’s so hard to have someone actually use enough pressure/work out the knots…and this man did WORK!!! I am feeling it today- in the best way (he also asked my preference of pressure initially which was great- so don’t let that deter you if you don’t like deep tissue). He was so great with ensuring comfort throughout. I’ve never wrote a review before but felt like I needed to bc I’m just so grateful to have found this place! Can’t wait for next time!!

I've been getting massages here on and off for about 3 years, and today was one of the best I've had. I've had neck and shoulder pain for several days that hasn't responded to medication, heat, or stretching. The massage therapist was able to book me in right away and used a variety of techniques to work on the areas I mentioned to him - it felt more comprehensive than previous chiropractic adjustments and sports therapy massages I've had. I could tell he was incredibly skilled in deep tissue massage and reflexology and that he was really paying attention to what my muscles and joints needed. The head and scalp massage really made a huge difference, too. I have always felt completely comfortable and relaxed throughout. While there is a bit of a language barrier, I've always been able to communicate effectively with the massage therapists and had a great experience. The quality of massage you receive considering the price is incredible and I look forward to my next visit.

High quality, thorough, thoughtful lay out and great customer service. Happened to be available for a walk-in. Appointments preferred. Frequent visitor cards available. Will return. Reflexology methods used by staff. Calm environment. Very clean. No heavy scents. Warm towels used to wipe off any excess lotions/oil at end of session. Reasonable pricing & well worth it.

I cannot say enough good things about this massage spa. Whether you call it Reflexology, “Foot Spa,” or J.MOGIN, I have received the best professional massages of my life here. I’ve gone for 4 or 5 massages over the course of 2 or 3 years. I always compare every other establishment to this one, and they pretty much never measure up. I also want to share that I’d been trying to book an appointment for a couple of days. Tonight, when I was finally able to come in, there was some trouble with my payment method. It was no one’s fault. The machine just wouldn’t take it. I didn’t have an alternate method, so the gentleman gave me a 15+ minute massage for FREE. Please try this place out. They seem to be good people and the language barrier is honestly no inconvenience when it comes to the quality of their service.

I have always gotten a great massage here. I have been going even through changes. I have always been able to let them know if the pressure was too much and they adjusted the pressure. I really wish I could go more.

Price went from $25 to $60 then they also charged you for the credit card fee on top of the price so the $60 is not $125. When I pulled out the 20 dollar bill for tip she pulled out a sign that said she would like a 20%tip and I told her that I was not aware of the price change since it was not posted on the website. Massage was good but a little pricey! Most likely will not be back.

This was the worst massage ever. My granddaughter and I went together. The guy that massaged me was pressing very hard. I asked home 5 times to be lighter but he kept going back to being very hard. I got bruises on my arm from him pushing so hard. They didn’t even do our feet and the lady that did my granddaughter kept talking almost through the entire time. Very rude when we were checking out.

I’ve lived in this area my whole life and had no idea this has been a massage business for 10yrs. I only get a massage a couple of times a year & my regular place didn’t have any open reservations today. So, I decided to try this one! Hands down the best deep tissue massage ever! I will definitely go back! Also, I definitely recommend Amy!!

Okay, I've been twice in the last 3 weeks already. The first time my back was just tore up, I had trouble climbing out of bed because I had so many muscles knotted up and cramped from all the heavy lifting at work. I got in there, there was an Asian gentleman who didn't speak any English that I could tell except the words, " okay sir?". I had to point out that I wanted the 90-minute massage, a mixture of deep tissue and hot stones.... And the guy was fantastic! He did more for me than any chiropractor ever has. I walked out of there feeling like a new man. And I'll admit, I was a little disappointed at first because one of the reasons I picked this place was a prior review that talked about the pretty Asian girls that were also skilled massage therapists. So before the massage I was a little disappointed. Anyway, I went back two weeks later, it was a different guy (not a pretty Asian girl LOL), and I got a 60 minute deep tissue, and a 30 minute foot and calf. And this guy was also fantastic! In fact, I would go as far as to say these might have been the two best massages I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. And you can't complain about the price at all! Definitely five stars!!

Well there was a teenager behind the counter that didn't know squat. And then he walked us back and he didn't even say come follow us so we just stood there like idiots. There weren't enough towels to cover our bodies and the lady that gave me my massage spoke on the phone two times while she was massaging me just so uncool. I didn't leave a tip and it's the first time that I haven't left a tip I've been going there for about 10 years first I was going to the one in Irvington. I don't know if they just disrespect us because we're american.

I've been to this location several times. The last visit, though, I decided I would not be returning. I had purchased an hour-long deep tissue massage. I asked the gentleman to please do it more deeply/intensely twice but he didn't meet my needs. I always give a decent tip, but when he took my card to charge me for the purchase he asked how much I wanted to give him. I said "$5" (for a $70 massage). He told me that tips are minimum 20% so I had to give him $10 for a tip. I had never heard this before here and it is stated nowhere in the facility that I am aware of. So, I got a low quality massage and was forced to pay more than what I feel was fair for a tip. He was lucky I wanted to leave any money at all out of common courtesy. They've lost a semi-regular customer.
