The salon is always clean and welcoming, and Jodi makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She listens to my requests and offers expert advice to achieve the perfect look.

I had a lovely experience at Jodi’s, they have a cute and very clean space! Jodi personally worked with me and my price point. 10/10 they get all of the stars! My artist was Danielle and she did a perfect job and I had the funnest conversation with her! All around a great day!

I would recommend coming here for the great work they do. I get my hair done by Autumn she’s fantastic I’ve been coming to her for quite awhile. And every time I’m always happy and satisfied with her work.

Jodi does not do her nails to the customer standards. She is very rude and completely unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend working at her nail salon and definitely not recommend her as a nail tech in general !

I went to Jodi’s for a simple set from Jodi with stiletto shape and my nails came out super chunky and thick and when I asked her about it she said that she will file it down and she didn’t so when I brought it up again she caught a attitude and said I don’t know what I’m talking about. I’m in the beauty industry and I for one would never ever let my pride and attitude above the clients! I don’t usually leave bad reviews but the service made me feel like I was in the wrong for wanting my nails not clumpy.

Jodi is not good at doing nails, she is always late for an appointment, and complains while she’s doing your nails. I was in the shop when she rudely fired the best nail tech (Eliza) and refused to give her , her rent money back when it was only the first week of the month. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Jodie the manager does a great job on your feet and I'm a guy that doesn't like to go near any ladies nail shops but Jodie does a great pedicure so far I'm only guy customer which is perfect for me but the place is really good

Was not impressed at all with this salon! Very disappointed, my nails were bumpy and uneven, and fell off in THREE days! Definitely not worth the 80 bucks in my opinion! This is my push to learn to do them myself. Thanks.

I had Eliza do my nails and she was fantastic. Very nice, knowledgeable and works with you. She was patient cuz I kept cha ging my mind and was just pleasant to talk to. She did amazing work too

I was a walk in and I loved this cute nail parlor. My nail tech was Eliza and the staff were all friendly, the facility was clean, I had great conversations, and I really felt at home. Prices are the best I’ve found as well. I highly recommend and will be a regular customer.

I was scheduled for 2 Luxury Pedicures. Unfortunately I have to give this business a one star rating. Upon scheduling the appointment I was hopeful that I would have a quality experience. The things I look for in a good pedicure spa are cleanliness, punctuality, good customer service, friendliness, and attention to detail. For me, Pedicures=self-care. A good pedicure experience is important to me. None of which is true for this place, at least from my experience. I received a text the morning of my appointment asking if I could come in earlier. I wrote back explaining that I could not as I did not get off work until 4:30. In my text response, I indicated I needed to cancel one of my 2 appointment slots. I did not receive a response back. A little while later I received a call asking if I could come in earlier. I let Lisa, know I had responded to the text. She said she would cancel one slot and she’d see me at 5. Shortly there after a friend called and wanted to go with me. I called Lisa at the number that called me back and asked if I could still have the 2 appointment slots and was told I could. I thanked her and told her I’d see her at 5. My friend showed up at 4 and no one was there. Both my friend and I came back before 5 and waited until 5:10, no one showed up. I texted the lady and said I would be leaving and I was disappointed. I did not receive a response. The next day around 2:00 I received a text from a different number stating they apologize and would like to reschedule. This is not acceptable.

Very disorganized! Advance scheduled clients expect to be seen 1-2 hours after your reserved appointment time! Jodi is a fabulous nail artist and very kind person; however, after booking several appointments weeks in advance and arriving on time, I got fed up with waiting at least an hour to be attended to. There is no organization with her booking process and she doesn’t prioritize her regular clients. My last straw was driving down from Denver only to be asked to have my appointment moved back several hours to which I had prior commitments. Long story short, my appointment was cancelled and I wasted driving down to see her. I wish I could call myself a long time client of hers but I cannot continue to be treated like this. Please prioritize your clients who schedule in advance and show up on time!!
