My usual stylist recently left my salon without notice so I was looking for someone new. I called to make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone said Merari would be available at 3pm the following day (today 2/21). They took my name and phone number. I show up at the salon for my appointment and it’s closed. I called the number and I’m guessing the woman who is the owner answered. She said she was sorry, she forgot the Merari could come in for my appointment. No one ever tried to call me to cancel or reschedule. My time was wasted, as well as my babysitters. I understand things come up but to not even be notified is extremely irritating. I will be finding a different salon.

Been going to Joanna’s beauty salon for more than 15 years and Veronica Always get what I asked for, hair color and style excellent service , always got the style and hair color that I requested . Great costumer service the best place to go get what you want for beauty in a relaxing environment Place .❤️

I’ve been doing my hair with Veronica, owner of this salon for over 15 years. I recently moved to Tucson and still will make the trip to get my hair done.
