I recently came here for a haircut and highlights, and I love it so much! John did my hair and he did it perfectly. Everyone at the salon was super kind and I’m looking forward to coming back :)

The first time i came here for a blow out, the gentleman who did my hair didn’t do it good and my hair was left puffy at the top. i decided to give them another shot since it’s my birthday and my sister recommended i call and make an appointment with john. So i called and made an appointment with john and was told to he was available at 12pm. When i got there they washed my hair and i sat and waited thinking i was waiting for john, but instead the gentleman who did my hair the first time started doing my hair. when i told them that i wanted john to do my hair, i was told by john “no he does it better then me” and “i have other people to do” as well as a towel getting thrown on the floor out of anger. so i sat and waited for john and when he eventually got to me (30 mins after my appointment) he was being extremely rude and told me to “get off my phone so i can finish this”. as i paid and said “thank you” i was completely ignored. i’ve never had such a horrible experience in any hair salon ever. this was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. if your planning on calling and making an appointment with john, be sure to triple check that HE will be doing your hair and that he’s actually available. i’m still not sure why i was told that he’s available when he “had other people to do”. if they simply told me when i was making an appointment that he wasn’t available then i would have went to a different salon.

This is honestly the best salon I’ve ever been too, i usually just walk in and someone takes me right away for a blow out and they all do it great. Thank you guys for always making me comfy!

I'm So Grateful To Have Found This Stylist! I went for the pro addiction treatment. I wake up with confidence because of my new hair. The stylist treated me with respect. My expectations were met. They gave me exactly what I wanted. I love my new hair.

I been going to this salon now for the past 2 years and I love it. Everybody who works there is very friendly and nice, they answer any questions you have. The owner John is the best, he’s amazing at what he does. I would highly recommend going here!!

John is amazing! Took me in as a walk in, I was so lucky that he was available. I hard dark hair and he was able to lift it while keeping my hair healthy!! The salon was super clean and the vibe was great. The receptionist Carla is so sweet and helpful! This is officially my new spot and I’m all the way in Ozone Park, Queens. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new hair! Thank you so much John and Carla! I will be back for my touch up for the summer!! :)

The worst haircut I’ve got here. John is great with highlights, but not with haircut!! He just chopped my hair off, the cut was un-even in both the front and in the back on my head. When I came back all team was laughing of my hair cut and when I asked him what does he sees on my hair ..- he said nothing wrong!!! Will not come back to this place. Guys are unprofessional!!

This place always makes sure to work accordingly to your unique hair type. I wasn’t sure if extensions were going to work well with my hair, but they had answers to all of my questions and brought the image i had in my head to life. The products they use work so so good. Not only did i leave the salon with great hair, i left educated with specifics on my hair and how I should take care of it. The before and after is seamless!! It was great talking to John and everyone else at the salon. Overall, love this spot.

This is about the pmu artist kate that they have there at the salon. I did my lip blush and paid 450$ for this service and i wanted to book with her for a touch up which is half the original price. However, she wouldn't reply to me, she also reads my messages and does not reply. Just because she saw on instagram that i have a different political opinion than hers.. How stupid? And how unethical of her not to complete the service for her customer. Beware of booking any service with her she is unreliable and might just disappear. I will do my touch up at a better reputable place.

Just had my first appointment here and got my amazing haircut. I loved every bit of my experience with Artist Beauty Studio and especially Julia. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Studio is really elegant. Definitely will come back and recommend . P.S. Another advantage is that they know about haircut for donation( all requirements), unlike many other salons where I wanted to go

The people were really kind and welcoming. The did my hair as best as they could (hair cutting is an art form not something everyone can do), even though I used a picture that had a girl with a different hair texture. The appointments I made were quick and easy. The price was reasonable and not too extreme. Not to discredit the other comments but I found it common; people would comment “the water was too hot” everywhere on every salon, keep it in mind- they may seem like wizards, they really ain’t, they can’t control the water temperature to the precise point of your desire. :3

We went there to get a haircut for my daughter. My daughter loved it. The place looked clean and elegant. Many customers were getting their hair done. Would come back to this place next time.

I've been to various hair salons but this hair salon is amazing. The staff is friendly and professional and everyone does an amazing job. I got my hair colored by John and just in one day I got so many compliments. He really is a master at his job. You'll never be disappointed getting you're hair done there whether it's a simple haircut or hair coloring!

Bleached my hair so badly (when I didn't even want my hair bleached. I wanted it a light brown). There were open sores on my scalp. The bleach was kept on WAY TOO LONG and i was ignored when I was repeatedly complaining about the pain of my head feeling like it was ON FIRE!!! I couldn't touch my head for at least 3-4 MONTHS and my head is still sensitive.

Salon is amazing. Starting from front desk everyone were fantastic and very sweet. Kevin made amazing haircut 😍 highly recommend. P.s. ask girls to do a light head massage when they will wash your hair - they both are amazing
