I can not say enough good about John and his staff. I was reluctant for a couple year to consider a hair system. I stumbled onto John when searching and decided to have a consult. John is extremely professional and supportive through the entire education and transformation process. The effects of having this service has transformed my life. The idea of a "wig or tupee" is destigmatized due the the advancement of technology. Its nothing like you think it is. It is very much like the social media videos. You get real hair that let's you live life to the fullest. You can do anything while wearing it. The compliments I have received are amazing. Talk to John for yourself. I 1000% recommend it.

I can't say enough good about John Rutter! I went there today, April 9th for a consultation for a topper. John looked at my hair and said I don't need a topper! I SO appreciated his honest opinion! He saved n e a lot of money! I also appreciate the awesome shampoo, hair cut and blow out! On top of all of that, he has a terrific personality!!! GO SEE HIM! He knows his s%#t!

I cannot tell any of you how absolutely PHENOMENAL these folks are. They provide and experience that is none other than absolutely stellar and they are understanding and empathetic to every situation because they know that sometimes things don’t always go as we planned. I will never ever go anywhere else to have my hair done, not as long as they’re in business. I’d travel back from hours away because I don’t rust anyone but them. They do amazing work and they’re all amazing people so do yourselves a favor and do not think twice about going here, I did and ended up somewhere else before I called here and all I have to say is when I did go to them we referred to what was on my head as “the situation” lol yea it was that bad but they fixed me right up and restored my Confidence and I’ll forever be grateful for that. If there was a option above 5 stars I’d pick that but this place is definitely top tier.

I have been going to John Rutter Hair Solutions for several years now. I went in for a hair consult because my hair was really thinning out on top. I purchased a hair system (topper) and when it came in and my hair was styled, I was grinning from ear to ear and wanted to cry. You couldn’t tell I was losing my hair. They are so wonderful and caring. Thank you for providing a solution to my hair loss. Best investment I’ve ever made.

My mother didn’t see john. She had appts with the lady there. She did not listen to my mom. My mom is 69 and didn’t want to look fake or younger. She paid $3,000 for what was suppose to be real hair. The wig she ordered in the beginning was great but wrong color. The worker insisted that she send the wig back instead of dyeing it. The worker ordered a different wig because the nice one was out of stock. WHY WOULD SHE NOT CHECK AVAILABILITY BEFORE SENDING my moms wig BACK. MY MOM COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE COLOR DARKENED OR DELT WITH IT. so the wig the worker ordered was way thicker which my mom had thin hair her whole life so it looked fake and was still wrong color. Wanted dark brown but she ordered a thicker wig with reddish tint and kept my moms 3,000. The original wig she ordered was very nice but she ended up with a cheaper fake looking wig and no money back. Very disappointed. Wish she would have listened to my mom and her daughter and grand daughter instead of trying to make her look younger and in style.

They were so accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment, and the location couldn't be more convenient. Great vibes and conversation with Jessie, and most importantly I love the haircut! I have very fine hair and I wanted an extra short pixie, so that's a big challenge, but she crushed it.

This salon is amazing! Their level of professionalism and compassion is top rate. Dealing with all the emotions of my hair loss from chemotherapy, John and his staff made the process so easy. They made time to see me the next day after I called and within a week I had my hair replacement.

Long time client because of consistent quality hair care. Met John Rutter when I lost a 2x2 area of hair on top of my head. Within 6 weeks by following his treatment plan my hair began to grow back. I get SO many complements on the color of my hair and how it matches my skin tone so nice, my extensions also blend perfectly, 99% of people do not even know I have them. Another perk are the private rooms, its just you and your stylist behind closed doors. Everyone there is always very cheerful and nice every time I walk in the door. It is definitely a "family" atmosphere.

I have lost all my hair of course i had no idea the price i go and the first one i try i love i asked price 450 with tax 477 :( i didnt hve it it broke my heart so i placed 100 down nd still went home happy..today i called asking how much would it cost if i went longer because saving money would take a bit anyhow so why not just a little longer but loving that wig she first picked out was the one i new i wanted. The beautiful woman who new what looked great on my head to begin with said jennifer we all spoke And we are proud to announce we are donating the wig you loved, i couldnt breath at first thinking i just prayed to god please let 1 thing go right this year i then let out a happy cry and thought all of you are so beautiful and now i will be beautiful too. Thank you there isnt anything or anyone who can take this smile away!!!
