10/10! Ericka is THE best in the game when it comes to being an acne miracle worker. She takes her time to educate you on everything that is going on from start to finish. I personally love holistic medicine and practices and believe that everything on the outside starts from within. She definitely embodies that philosophy and is not quick to prescribe you medication or treatments just to get your money and move on to the next client. She really analyzes your diet, lifestyle, stress, etc., to see what could be the root cause. I have seen tremendous improvement in my skin since working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a transformation in their skin journey. Also, Mya at the front desk is amazing. You get a warm welcome every time you step in the door and are greeted with great smiles, vibes, and energy.

BEST ESTHETICIAN EVER. I came to Ericka a little over a year ago because I was in and out of dermatologist offices countless times with so many different medications (antibiotics, spironolactone, etc) running though my body with no improvement. Within 3 appointments, Ericka was able to get my acne the clearest it’s been in 12 years. I went off all medications and followed the regimen Ericka made for me. Ericka saved my confidence and worked miracles with my skin. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She is so knowledgeable in every way and approaches skin holistically. She really takes the time to understand your lifestyle and how to help you achieve your skin goals in a way that is not only healthy for your body, but works. Her business is professional, clean, and she makes you feel heard and seen at every appointment. I don’t let anything touch my skin unless Ericka approves. I will forever be grateful for Ericka saving my skin and teaching me so much about health, wellness, and skincare.

Ericka is a miracle worker! I see her virtually for acne bootcamp, and she created the best at-home regimen. She always ships out products so quickly, and they are always packaged so well. She is so quick to respond to any questions and is so knowledgable on the products. I wish I was local for in-person visits, but I'm so impressed with the results I've seen over the past 2 months with the regimen she created. After years of not seeing results from visiting dermatologists, med spas, etc., Ericka dove right in to find the underlying causes of my acne and finding products that would work for me. Best in the business. Hands down. My wife recently visited Ericka to get a hydrofacial done. She came out feeling like her skin had just been washed by water from the garden of eden. Ericka was extremely gentle and very well-informed about every single concern my wife had with her skin prior to getting the services. She also walked out with a few products off the shelf being that Ericka also took the time to review the products she was currently using that could have been correlating to the concerns she previously had. It was her first time getting stuff like this done in the states as she previously had her reservations about it, but I can definitely speak on her behalf when I say she will be returning as often as possible. The only esthetician that I’ve visited that cares for my skin and making sure we are improving. As an avid ex acne picker, my skin would always scar and leave a lot of marks behind that I wanted to lighten. With hyperpigmentation AND texture, I was desperate to get my skin under control. After my first visit with Ericka, I walked out with the cleanest, smoothest most hydrated skin I’ve ever had. Safe to say, I am hooked and included her into my maintenance routines. My scarring is so minimal and the texture is gone. She made sure to give me the products that I needed to see consistent results and is a text away whenever I have any skin questions. Let’s be honest, we have those random pimples that pop up and when they do, I make sure Ericka can tell me what I need to do to make sure it goes away quick and it doesn’t scar. I’m obsessed! 10/10 recommend for your skin goals

Would not recommend. Unprofessional. Backstory: After weeks of searching for a good reputable esthetician in Orlando I found Erika. I was excited about the services I received the first time around. However things quickly took a turn. I asked Erika if I could make an appointment to come in person to pick up a moisturizer. She sent me an appointment time slot and I confirmed. Erika never showed to that appointment. Later that day she said she missed our appointment because she was with another client and agreed to mail me a moisturizer. Once I received the product and read the ingredient label I discovered it had grapefruit in it (an allergen we had previously discussed). I then had to make another appointment with her to exchange the moisturizer, which she was 10 minutes late for. Later on I asked her to ship me $290 worth of product. I never received the product. After approximately 2 weeks of waiting around to see if the package would arrive and traveling to 2 separate USPS locations, there was still no sign of the package. I asked Erika if I could get a refund for the products I ordered, but never received or if she would ship out another set of them. She said she would not because she would not be compensated for doing so. After giving her a full week to determine next steps concerning a refund she came back with no solutions. I informed her that I wanted to cancel my appointment 24 hr in advance. I understand that she has cancellation policies in place that include a 48 warning before canceling. I asked if instead of getting a refund for the products I ordered but never received, if she would simply waive the cancellation fee. She rejected that. After which I told her that I would not continuing with her services she charged my card the cancellation fee with the card kept on file. Keep in mind, the first appointment I had with Erika she informed me that she does not keep any card information on file. All of this to say I would not recommend Erika and she is unprofessional.
