Came here many times because I wanted to get a massage but it's not good anymore and wanted to pay a lot 60 dollars an hour 10 dollars tip she said I have to pay 20 dollars tip to be enough I'm very dissatisfied with the service here, like they do it for men don't like to do it for women I don't like to write anything here but the service is too bad. Will not come back again I'm a 5 year customer.

I went a few days ago for deep tissue massage - it was outstanding; masseuse is very strong, skilled and focused; she uses most effective technique to work stressed and spasmodic muscles. Very professional, courteous and considerate. Local spas all priced same so comparable cost BUT the masseuse was better than my physical therapist/chiropractor.

I went a handful of times but will never go back. The first few times, the massages were decent enough (nothing spectacular by any stretch but at least relaxing). The last two times were definitely bad enough that I would prefer to spend my money elsewhere. Both times, one lady started my massage and another randomly switched in (shoes were different and the massage got significantly worse with the switch). The last time I had one, the gal just dug her elbows into my lower back over and over again, giving it undue focus. It hurt and by no means felt like it was doing anything. It’s like she didn’t know any other way to massage (Hello? Hands? Fingers, maybe?).This theme continued for most of the massage: mildly painful, certainly not relaxing, maneuvers. This included running scorching hot stone on my back and then asking in surprise and annoyance, “hot?” like it’s my fault your stone was too hot. 🙄 I decided to not waste my money here any longer and to find a new place, which is a bummer since it’s so close to my house and why I even ended up there in the first place. PS - This place didn’t provide a sheet or blanket..just a towel. Definitely not a fan of being barely covered. The last time I went, the gal didn’t even hold it up when I turned over and I was left to both flip over and figure out how to keep myself covered in the process. ETA (July 2024): I forgot to mention that I was asked to pay in advance of the massage. I even tipped beforehand, and that was weird and I hated being pressured to do that. Like, I truly hated that last massage and was half tempted to walk back in there and request my tip back. Instead, I decided to take my money elsewhere for future massages and leave a review of the incredibly unprofessional experience I had. To the new management response: I have moved out of the area so it makes no difference to me now. Honestly, I wouldn’t return anyway. My original review was from 5 years ago; it took 5 years for this place to supposedly get their act together and switch up management. That’s not a flex.

While the back massage was nice, there were constant interruptions when my massage therapist had to leave mid massage and switch with someone else. Additionally, I did not like how my privacy wasn’t guarded appropriately. Doors were constantly opening and both of my massage therapists did not cover my private parts. Even with a female massage therapist, I don’t want my genitalia out.

Decided to try this place out for the first time. I called and made an appointment for a 60 min massage. It had been a stressful week so I made it clear that I wanted a 1 hour deep tissue massage. I showed up a few mins early and the lady tells me basically that they can only do 30 mins because the lady I guess was sore from it being cold or something like that….So that was annoying but I agreed to it. A massage is supposed to be relaxing but it wasn’t that at all. I had booked for a deep tissue and it was not that. I had to tell the lady to apply more pressure. Thennnnn the massage table was so squeaky. I could go on but I won’t. Bottom line it’s not worth it and you’re better off looking for a different place. I won’t be returning, unfortunately.

I have had two deep tissue massages here and they have been WONDERFUL! Alicia, the massage therapist, is one of a kind and truly gifted. The ambiance is relaxing and promotes peace and renewal in body and mind. The staff is very professional, friendly, and accommodating. I came in to massage parlor, and a woman greeted me. I explained that I needed my right side of neck, right shoulder blade and top of right arm massaged. She put me in a room and brought a girl in. The young lady kept concentrating on my spinal part of back. I explained what I told the woman who greeted me, her response was “I don’t speak good English” . I explained with words and hands what I needed - and turned back to her to see her holding her phone to translate what I was saying. I attempted to correct what she was doing several times- SO disappointed. I left there with the same pain I came in with.The young lady was nice, but could not perform her job due to communication.

I've been to several massage parlors this year looking for relief from back pain. I went here Friday and this lady Coco, I think, worked my back and legs. It was a little painful at first but so worth it. I left and felt good, but even better, I woke up yesterday with a better pain free range of motion. I highly recommend this place. I think my search has ended and I've found a way to help my back without pills.

My daughter attempted to make us an appt and she couldn't understand the lady. When I called back I asked if I could make Appt at 4 for reflexology and she hung up. I called back twice after and it rang to voicemail. I called back an hour later and asked if I could make an appt and said said "No! I told you I'm busy!!" Yet she didn't tell me and I called from an entirely different number. Definitely unprofessional; take your money elsewhere.

The massage was okay for me but my girlfriend said they was rubbing her hard . I was thinking how I might com back soon but as I was leaving the lady stopped me and asked for a tip , I didn't mind giving one but before I went and got my massage I'm sitting in the waiting area and see a couple people come from the back after a massage and not one did she stop and ask for a tip . She had to dig through the receipts to find mine to ask me for a tip and I had already paid when I got there 😒

How can you feel any relief with a tshirt on & jeans on using a cloth to massage with no oil . Horrible experience I wish we could have paid at the end of the massage rather than before the experience. I don’t recommend some workers don’t know how to massage properly

Not worth your time or your money!! Our first time having a couples massage. We both think they were very unprofessional. We are both bruised and stiff after asking for soft massages, not to mention my husband's back is red from being burnt with hot towel they threw on him without warning. I also would not consider this a couples massage as they separate you still. They also had no concern for your privacy, as they constantly left the door open to our rooms while making other appointments on the telephone, this is all while I'm getting my massage. Go spend your money else where I know I wish I had!!

We wanted a massage on a sunday the place we originally wanted was closed we saw this and it welcomes walk in. They don't speak very good English but they are very good at what they do. The rooms and area was very clean and very relaxing. I only wish I communicated better on what I wanted more of.
