Johanna washes & dries my hair every week Ana I enjoy all the additional services she offers from coloring ro cutting my husband s hair and she does a great job. Great convenient location

We just moved to Elgin not too long Ago from out of state so finding a new hairstylist for me and my son was another task after calling around a few places and requesting a haircut for my 17 months old son most of them sounded not interested in taking my business other they just didn’t sound professional so I found Jojos I explained the same thing I had explained to another 3 businesses she just sounded like she was ready to take more customers so I went with my kid and I’m glad I went there my boy wasn’t the easiest to work in since he moves a lot , but she found the way to get it done and I’m a happy customer now I’m going to get a haircut my self this weekend, price is very reasonable, stuff is very friendly, place is clean so I highly recommend this place to anyone, thank you jojo for your great service.

I take my boys here for their haircuts every week and they do an amazing job every time, they're good with little kids and they fade and cut professionally. My wife also gets her hair done so it's a one stop shop for the whole family. They are great, and pricing is also good.

Jojo siempre me pone bien bonita y pone me pelo bien rectecito. I always go to Jojo, when I want to get my hair pin straight or when I wanted to dye my hair back to black. I was so happy with the color and shine. The keratin treatment that she did in my hair years ago left my hair super silky for weeks. She does an amazing job every time.

I wish I could give 0 star. They permanently destroyed my hair. She charged me $350 for a keratin treatment a few weeks ago. My hair is now completely ruined, its damaged, breaking and falling. They did not even show me the bottle of keratin, they brought it mixed in a small plastic cup so I did not even know what it was. On top of that, they were not even experienced, they were watching a youtube tutorial on how to apply keratin while doing my hair. Extremely unprofessional and wish I never done it and wasted my money. Very sad. Desearía poder dar 0 estrellas. Destruyeron mi cabello permanentemente. Me cobró $350 por un tratamiento de keratina hace unas semanas. Mi cabello ahora está completamente arruinado, está dañado, se rompe y se cae. Ni siquiera me enseñaron el bote de keratina, me lo trajeron mezclado en un vasito de plástico así que ni sabía lo que era. Además de eso, ni siquiera tenían experiencia, estaban viendo un tutorial de YouTube sobre cómo aplicar la keratina mientras me peinaba. Extremadamente poco profesional y desearía nunca haberlo hecho y desperdiciar mi dinero. Muy muy triste.
