Chhivly gives the best manicures (I always get gel-x, dip) and pedis. The salon is clean, friendly, organized and an entire vibe. Love coming here. 100/10 recommend.

Overpriced. Low Quality. Scam. $45 refill doesn’t include painting your nails. Polish is an additional $15. So a refill is $60+ they’re constantly trying to talk you into something else. I was in town for a conference, had an hour of down time and decided to get my nails done. Expensive mistake. And at the end after paying $85 (refill $45, polish $15, nail design $15, cuticles $10)… the nail tech tries to demand that I tip her via Venmo or Zelle since I didn’t have cash. I refused. I’ve already paid way too much. No more!!! Polishing my nails is part of the refill, not an additional charge. And the nail design was tiny red hearts a $5 service at most, not anything fancy. I said no twice to a manicure so she cut down my cuticles (which was unnecessary) and charged me $10. If you go here, be very loud and clear on what you are willing to pay for, they will try to charge you up like a used car salesman. 🥴

I cannot recommend Jolie Boutique Salon enough! I had an incredible experience here last week. As a flight attendant, my schedule is always hectic, and I was only in town for 14 hours before heading out on a work trip then vacation. My flight was delayed, and I was heartbroken because I thought I’d have to miss my appointment. This was my first time visiting the salon. But the owner went above and beyond! She personally called me and encouraged me to come in, even though I was late. Not only did she accommodate me, but she also stayed two hours past closing to make sure everything was perfect. The service was amazing, and the attention to detail was unmatched. The nails she did for me turned out to be extra special because I got engaged with this set! I’m so thankful for her kindness and dedication—if she hadn’t called me back, I’d have gone on vacation with nails I wasn’t proud of during such a memorable moment. Jolie Boutique Salon is a gem, and the owner truly cares about her clients. I’m beyond grateful for the exceptional experience. Thank you for making such an important moment in my life even more beautiful!

We were visiting Charlotte from out of town. This place is so lovely. The pedicurists were all very friendly and took their time with us. We couldn't have asked for a more welcoming experience. They give the town of Charlotte a good reputation for sure! We all loved our pedicures. Thank you :)

I’ve been coming to Jolie for a few months and every time I have a phenomenal experience! The owner Chhivly always makes me feel welcome whether she’s doing my nails or if I’m with another tech. I’ve been going to Alexia for my pedicures and she gets my feet right everytime! Jolie is a salon that values the customer experience in an age where customer service is becoming obsolete. If you’re looking for a new nail spot, look no further!

Requested a gel pedicure in Opi Love is in the Bare to match my fingers and it was lovely and easy to set up. The downside is that it’s a really small shop and if you don’t have an appointment you will have to wait a while or try another time, but I was able to schedule a time for 2 hours later since I had a flexible schedule. My nails turned out great even if they took a little longer than expected. The easily walkable locale and friendly service can’t be beat though.

It's my first time to get a pedicure at Jolie's and will certainly be returning. The place is clean, beautifully decorated, and staff are professional and friendly. From the minute I stepped, I felt welcomed. The offer for a drink was very much appreciated since it was such a hot day. The Jolie signature pedicure was a quality self care time. My nails looks great. Thank you Chhivly for the great experience.

I desperately needed a pedi and walked in as a walk-in appointment since I had a couple hours to kill. Being a Friday afternoon, they were busy and pretty booked with appointments. Kelli squeezed me in for a pedi before her next appointment and did an amazing and efficient job. She didn’t rush and checked in to make sure I was happy throughout the pedi. Thank you so much for fitting me in last-minute and fixing my chipped-up nails! They look great!

I had my appointment set for 6 pm. I arrived 5:50 and it took Alexia, who did an amazing pedicure a few days before, 1 hour and 30 minutes to finish my gel manicure. When I said that I had a reservation at 7 pm, I was treated as the mean client who was rushing her. I left with only one coat and had to endure the attitude of her colleague who checked me out threatening me. It turned out to be an stressful and unpleasant experience.

I’m literally obsessed! Jenny was sweet and continually asked me if I liked my nails and check in through the way. I moved to Charlotte and have had a terrible time finding a place and person to go to. I highly recommend this salon and Jenny wholeheartedly!
