Dr. Jones was super thorough in explaining his processes and discussing my goals. My brows have a tendency to drop with even a small injection but he was able to modestly inject around my eyes which opened them and still softened the lines on my forehead which was my main concern. It achieved a super natural look that still allowed me to be expressive both of which are important to me. 100/10 I reco Dr. Jones.

I absolutely recommend Jon Ric for all of your aesthetic and self-care needs! The staff here are incredibly professional and kind. Kara, Patricia, and Dr. Jones are very warm and welcoming. Finding a med spa is never an easy decision since your face is a recognized part of your appearance. Fortunately, finding Jon Ric was an absolute blessing. Upon first impression to treatment, I was so impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the team. Dr. Jones does a fabulous job of teaching and consulting best protocol for desired outcomes. I appreciate that Dr. Jones, Kara, and Patricia are honest (and have a great senses of humor!). The team here truly epitomize integrity, and wanting the best for their clients. Booking an appointment, with Dr. Jones or his Nurse Kara, is a seemless process. They are quick in response to questions or concerns regarding the services that they offer. I happened to be ineligible for a service that they offer, which I was really excited about trying, because of a medical device that I have; However, they were able to offer me a similar service that I was still happy about and I can't wait to see my overall results with coolsculpting. I am glad that Dr. Jones was honest and comfortable with steering me into a different direction that offered me similiar results. He is great with explaining the medical processes that occur within my body for setting my wellness expectations and guides me towards the services he offers that would best fit me with achieving results. I trust his expertise with my health and wellness goals. I have been pleased with my laser hair removal and photo facial services that Kara has performed on me. She is so talented when it comes to ensuring I am comfortable and happy with each service that she performs for me. Dr. Jones and Kara make the dream team when it comes down to client satisfaction, honesty with setting expectations for each result, and they host a great medical spa for overall health and wellness advances for their clients! Dr. Jones is the absolute best! I’ve been coming to see him since 2018. He is the best! I would never trust any other provider. Dr. jones really takes the time to listen and understand what your needs are and thoroughly explains everything in detail. It’s super helpful especially when you’re trying a new service that you haven’t had before. Also, shout out to his amazing wife Kara! She is so kind and caring. I trust Dr. Jones and his staff immensely! If I could give a 1000 star review I would!!! Highly recommend!!!

I'll start off by saying that the Medical Spa is beautiful and inviting from the inside. Even more impressive is the fact that Dr. Matt Jones has a system in place that really works and if you follow his directions, you really don't wait before he himself greets you and takes you inside. Rarely do you find a doctor who greets you, performs the treatment and handles check out. Refreshing! I have just started seeing Dr. Matt Jones and so far impressed with my results. My situation was actually quite complicated but he more than exceeded my expectations. Dr Matt Jones takes the time to listen to your goals and he provides an honest approach to meeting your goals.

Been coming here since our move from Philly (six years ago) for my botox and I would highly recommend! I use the b12 and botox services. Very clean! Staff is professional, kind and friendly! My forehead is beautifully large so I keep it wrinkle free.

Initially, I was skeptical about a 5.0 star rating. When I arrived, it was the doc (injector) himself who assisted with my booking. He also sat down with me and answered every medical question I had in reference to Botox. This kind of customer service doesn't exist anymore. Brittany is amazing!! I have had several dermaplane/hydrafacial treatments with her and have always been impressed. She has consistently taken the time to understand my skin needs and goals to personalize my treatment -- especially during pregnancy!
