I absolutely love this salon. I have been going for years! If I ever have a problem they are will to take care of it! Even if a week later! My last service was done by Raven! She is the best! Took her time and made sure I was happy with my nails! I will continue to be loyal to the rossford location! Keep up the great work girls!

Yesterday for my birthday, was my second trip to JK and I was just as pleased as the first time. Got an acrylic fill and express pedicure. Courtney did my nails and she was absolutely fantastic! Really took her time to make sure the shape, length, & color was exact for each finger. She is an artist! The pedicure was relaxing and straight to the point without a lot of fuss like I like. However, they do offer more luxurious options for those who want them. The facility is bright and clean and everyone was very friendly.

I recently came in for a redo pedicure and had a different nail tech, Isabella, take care of it. She did an amazing job and made the experience feel so luxurious. I highly recommend this place and am very pleased with their excellent customer service. Thank you Isabella!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love my nail trch. All ladies there are amazing. They do work with you if you need to adjust your appointment. I had to reschedule mine and they went above and beyond to reschedule my appt even when they were booked solid. I will highly recommend.

It was really expensive. $125 For an express mani and peti, it took almost 3 hours. Waiting for the tech to start and no one knew who was going to take me was upseting, I had an appointment and still had to wait forever. There were nail tech all over walking around decorating for Christmas on November 5, decorating should not be your priority. My nails are already chipping, not even 24 hrs from leaving. The pedicure was fast, but for the price, they charged me to remove gel and then just painted more on. I don't see the value at all. They don't clean or scrub your feet at all. The worst place, I don't know why I even came back after 2 years. Nothing has changed. The techs were nice, but this place is not worth your time or money. They use jkns paint, and it does not last.

My nails did not last very long from here and initially I left a poor review. However once I spoke with Samantha who was super kind and willing to listen to my concerns. She handled my issues with grace. Top Notch gal you got there. Thank you for taking care of me.

I received only half decent service. My girl was freindly. I loved my color chosen however the polish for some reason was not staying on! I went back she redid the 2 nails and same thing. She must have been using old polish. I haven't been back since that happened. I tip well and I expect my service to be satisfying and correct.

Went in for a sports pedicure. Not really sure anything was done other than a foot soak and a few clips of nails. Both feet have dead skin and rough snagging big toes on my sheets when sleeping still. 2 stars bcuz it was easy to schedule and place is nice, but just poor pedicure job.

My mom & I went in on Wednesday last week for our nails. She got regular polish and her fingers & toes, her fingers didn’t even last her 48 hours before chipping. The Jonathon Koi brand of polish. Mine had the dip powder on my fingers and not even a week passed & now I have 3 that are chipped. Our girls that did our fingers were on the rude side and were dissing other employees of the store. For over $200 to get our nails done we were dissatisfied and will no longer be using this company.

Got a gel pedicure went swimming the very next day and they all came off except my big toes. There was lots of open pedicure bowls yet I get stuck right in the middle of two people who I do not know. I used to frequent here but the rare times I come back it gets worse and worse. This will be my last time going for sure. This was genuinely the worst pedicure of my life. Do not waste your money.

I expected this to be an awesome experience, based on Facebook posts and reviews. It was mediocre at best. There were three of us. We had appointments, but we weren't started at the same time. One of our party was done just as another was getting started. None of the nail techs we had were friendly. My toes look ok. No different than any other commercial salon in the area. Just higher price. I also didn't like the payment process. No offer for a reciept, it was awkward how they asked about a tip. Just not the best experience over all. The blonde lady who checked us in was the highlight. She was friendly and personable.

Decided to give this place a second try and regret it. After only one week both the gel polish on my hands and polish on my toes started chipping off. Their brand of nail polish is junk. Its awful to be on vacation and have the nails that you just spent almost $100 on start chipping and look awful. I will not be giving them anymore chances in the future.

I started getting my nails done regularly a year-ish ago and this salon has been great! Alexis and Bella in particular have done outstanding jobs with my fingers and toes.

I won’t go anywhere else in town to get my nails done. Their techniques to remove polish are gentle on your nails. I used to get dip nails a lot and unlike a lot of cheap places, they wouldn’t use an electric nail file and buff off the entire layer of paint down to your nail bed before soaking them in a bowl of acetone. My nails feel healthy after visiting. I like that they have an app and that I can book online. One thing to note, you HAVE to select EVERYTHING you need done INCLUDING nail polish removal. The first time I visited, I assumed nail polish removal was included. It was not. It was frustrating to arrive to my appointment and be told that I wouldn’t have “enough time” to get dip nails done because I didn’t book a removal for the gel that was already on my nails. I wish they made that explicit when booking. I highly recommend Autumn for an incredible pedicure experience. Her personality is so warm and friendly, and I always feel comfortable and at home. I have also had great work done by Kerrigan and Courtney on my hands. This place can be expensive, I can’t lie, but I do firmly believe you get what you pay for. I have been to many cheap “chop shops” and this place beats all of them with their quality.

I have been to Jonathan Koi quite a few times. Never had a terrible experience. However, my last visit it was at the end of the workday and was not the best. The technicians were visibly checked out, rushing, and made those in my party feel like we were impeding. My 7 year old was very excited and her technician did not even talk to her. Also, they did not ask me what I wanted to leave for tip, they just applied it to my card. Bummer of an experience considering we looking forward to a fun night prior to leaving for vacation.

I have called several times and only once had somebody pick up the phone and then i’ve been hung up on when all I need to do is reschedule an appointment. I usually love this place but now I won’t be returning.

I would like to update my review: I received a call within a short time of posting this review from Jonathon Koi. I’m kind of surprised they are that on top of their reviews. I was compensated for the fact they the service did not last. I’m very disappointed with this past visit to Jonathon koi. I got a gel manicure and btw the pricing online is very confusing listed $28-43 and $7 add on for gel. If you want to request a particular provider they all start at at least $38. What determines the price they charge because I was charged $50 and I was somewhat shocked that’s why I looked up the pricing for this review. The gel started peeling just before 1 week was up. I have never had gel peel before 2 weeks. The service provider was meticulous and I enjoyed the service and my nails looked great. However, to pay to dollar for the service and the nails don’t even last is very disturbing to me. Even after being somewhat shocked at the $50 I was charged I still tipped well and didn’t complain about the pricing, I just walked out and went about my day. The fact that I didn’t even get close to two weeks out of the service is why the price is now so upsetting to me.

There isn’t many places in the area for pedicures but this place is my go to for my toes. I love seeing Maddy Asmus and I love that I can get an adult drink while I relax!
