My granddaughter's first visit for a color & cut. Leticia did a wonderful job with both color & cut, as well as her great personality, which made for a fun time too. My granddaughter couldn't have been happier.

Can't say enough great things about this salon. Roy is the best!! He pampers me and always does an amazing job on my cut, color, style, EVERYTHING! It's so easy to make an appointment. Everyone is very kind and professional. Highly recommend. Worth every penny!

I call to make an appointment to do color in my hair and without see the condition of my hair they jus call text me back said the following Hi Griselly, We've spoken with our manager and stylists, and unfortunately, they don't feel comfortable proceeding with the color adjustment. However, we highly recommend The Salon at The Arboretum for this service -Jose Luis Domain Northside Can you believe !! They did see me!!!they don’t have the capacity to see a client and send to another one This is unacceptable!!!

I called today and I spoke with a lady there scheduled an appointment to fix my hair cut that was styled by Stephen. I was not happy with the service. I was spectating a high quality and expertise and they left the long hairs By side my ears. I never got the call that I was promised to schedule the appointment today. Please, schedule my appointment for next Tuesday. Thank you.

The team was INCREDIBLE! Holy cow cannot say enough great things about all of them. They made us all feel so beautiful and gave us all the look we wanted! Everything was so easy and they had us all covered. They were early and so prepared. Delia did my bridal hair and make up perfectly and made me feel so comfortable. Tanya did an amazing job with everyone's make up. Jenna and Leticia did my mom, aunt, and matron of honor and sister in law's hair flawlessly. My mom has always been worried about her hair and they made her feel and look beautiful! Jenna even helped with steaming my veil! Talk about above and beyond service. They even brought an assistant, Nya, who helped get everyone ready and take photos and helped set up. Nicole, who coordinated the event for me with the team was so helpful and answered all my questions. It was so easy to book and know that everything would be perfect. I received sooo many compliments and felt so extremely beautiful! Highly recommend for your next event!

I originally had an appointment for color and cut with a hairstylist at The Domain location and was super disappointed. Luckily, I went to another stylist there to fix my hair named Lauren Laguna. And she made me so happy! She took the time to give me the color I wanted, the cut I wanted and she is amazing! I recommend her to anyone who wants their hair to look great.

Michael was amazing! He listened attentively when I explained how I wanted my hair and knew exactly how to cut and style my hair to meet my request. He was also just a very kind person. I am looking forward to returning to him for my next cut.

Strongly recommend against using this salon. I had two negative experiences with Delia that took my hair a long time to recover from. The front desk was also condescending and not helpful in rectifying the situation. Overall, this salon is too expensive for the quality they deliver. Will not be returning.

Delia De Leon is the GOAT. She has been doing magic on my hair for about 6 years and I will return to her no matter what. Within that time, I was also lucky enough to see her work her magic for my bridal hair and makeup. The entire team at Jose Luis made it a breeze and I will forever be so grateful for making me look and feel beautiful on the most important day of my life. I'm not exaggerating when I say someone ALWAYS comments on how good my hair looks walking out of the salon or wherever I end up afterward. Delia is always ready to work and will give you her honest opinion. I trust no one else to keep my hair looking amazing.

I went in to touch up my dark hair and trim. Unfortunately, I got my hair chopped short when I just wanted a few inches off. I am very sad about how short my hair came out, as I have been growing it out for years. The stylist didn’t confirm with me or show me how much she was cutting and chopped it off so fast. Almost all my length is gone, and it took me two years to grow it I am very unhappy with the results. Here is a before and after of my hair:

I’ve been going to this salon for about 6 months however due to the cost of their prices I’m going to look for another salon. I was charged $95 for a trim with no tip included. I don’t color it or get any special treatments done. I realized after looking at my finances I just can’t afford to go here. The girls at the checkin desk and the hairdresser were nice and polite. There’s nothing outstanding about the salon though, the price was too high for the service I went in for.

My wife and I have been to the Domain and downtown locations. Don’t let the name or the glitz and glam fool you. They hire inexperienced stylist that are not qualified to work at as a hairdresser. Don’t do it.

Sofia was AMAZING!! She did my highlights and made them so they are low maintenance for me and I appreciate that so much because I felt like she cared and did what I asked her to do! She also will be doing my extensions again in the future she is so great at her job!!! If you go here for extensions, color or cuts, ask for Sofia!!!

When I first called the salon I was worried about my bangs being cut too short from past haircut trauma so I let them know I needed someone who knew about bangs. I was matched with Delia and I’ve been seeing her for haircuts and eventually balayage ever since! She really listens to my hair needs and slays my bangs every time!
