My sister and I enjoyed an amazing spa day today. Vinesha worked her magical hands during my Warming Scalp and Body Experience! Everyone was so professional and helpful. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

My teenage daughter and I did the Turkish bath and we both loved it! I had done the Springfield Turkish bath before but this one is even better. She was in heaven and wanted us to put one of these in our house lol. The overall experience was wonderful. The only complaint was the showers back in the locker room, which really needed some attention. The one I was in was not draining so there was about 2 inches of water at my feet. Also, it had run out of conditioner, and my daughter’s had run out of shampoo. This was 4 PM on a Saturday so maybe we were one of the last appointments. Overall, the bathroom/locker area was not as luxurious as the Glen Mills location. But Service was top notch as it is at all Joseph Anthony locations.

Brittany was awesome. She did a great job with my facial. It was very relaxing. Kathy was truly amazing with the massage and very accomodating. Definitely will be back. Thanks!!!

this was my first time at this location and i must say my massage therapist was Cathy and she was truly heaven sent ! i wanted to hug her once she was done ! she did a phenomenal job ! i can’t wait to come back and request her ! she was the sweetest and again did a fantastic job !!!!! Had a deluxe hydrafacial - Jessa was kind, friendly, and professional! Gave me a lot of details about my facial treatment and was so knowledgeable about aftercare, being sure to ask me questions to tailor her recommendations to my daily skincare regimen. Experience was great and my skin feels amazing. Love that she paid attention to my neck during the exfoliation/hydration/extraction phases, and even did a hand/arm/shoulder massage during the light therapy. I've had some estheticians there do manual extractions during a hydrafacial, not sure if that is atypical or if I just didn't need any done today, but I will be sure to ask next time to add on!

My daughter and I had incredible massages with Kathy and Mia. The experience at this spa from start to finish was amazing and relaxing and everything we wanted in an afternoon retreat. Kathy and Mia pampered us and for me, the experience was almost meditative. I will definitely return.
