I was there this morning and it was a pleasure having esperanza doin my face burning my pecas she was adorable so professional and pleasant and friendly I highly recomend this place ❤️ another lady also welcome me offered me tea or coffee it was very sweet from her very nice place

I been coming to this spa for the past 15 years. Service has definitely changed. Before reception lady cant remember her name used to greet and offer tea/ water before or after the treatment and now you only get a DRY Hello. She seemed bothered when you ask her a question for pricing or any other treatment related question. The only reason why I still keep going there is because ESPERANZA is the best at what she does. She is sweet and caring and knows how to do facials. When I do my facial my face is not swollen/red and looks super clean and shiny!!! I would rate this location a 1 star due to reception service but because of my technician ESPERANZA I rated them a 5. If she ever leaves this place I will stop going there.

At my second experience here, these people overcharged me by $40. I went in there not asking for prices which was my first mistake, but already calculated the services they had on their brochure. I knew something was wrong when the lady upfront skipped the option to tip. It was because she had knowingly charged me extra. The nail service was trash, the French on my toenails & fingernails was a disaster, lines were crooked. Stones were falling off my manicure, literally on day 2. I got charge $90 for a mani and pedi, when i usually get acrylics and pedi and pay around $70 somewhere else. These people are thieves. You can’t trust Dominicans, when you go into any establishment make sure to ask for prices or they will literally take advantage. I got a Brazilian, half leg and underarm wax. Only wax that was decent was the underarms. The Brazilian left me irritated for the next two days, my legs were botched because homegirl literally left patches of hair which I had to shave later on. I’m so upset that I paid for mediocre service & not only that they overcharged me. ROBBERY.

Evelyn is the masseuse I have been used for the past 2 month. Bought packages for the fat reduction and cavitation massages and she is excellent. She is very curious and knowledgeable about her job. Massages are working and I recommend then very highly.

Got a Brazilian wax and it was extremely painful and the wax irritated my skin. Came home and realized the esthetician had broken skin. Yes I was bleeding. I do not recommend this location for waxing however the massages and body scrubs are great.

I came in for a “special” facial. I usually go to my routine place for my facials, but I wanted to support local small businesses, so I came here. I’m not one to bruise or scar easily, however, it’s been THREE weeks and my face is still scarred from the most painful extractions I’ve ever had up to this day… extractions should never hurt as much as they did and then still leave your pores in a similar condition as you came in…my esthetician seemed like she didn’t want to be there and half as*ed the facial, she was constantly on her phone for a majority of the facial. The jelly mask was cool, and the establishment itself was nice. Maybe will try again with another esthetician for a better experience.

I’m surprised this place has so many good reviews. I had an acne treatment facial (involving extractions), and it was excruciatingly painful. Every single reputable website on any search engine will tell you that extraction facials are not supposed to be EXTREMELY painful. The technician should know how to remove the acne and dirt from your pores in a way that will be somewhat comfortable for your skin type. My technician pulled so hard on my skin that I thought she would break my nose or rip my skin off. I was screaming in pain, and she still didn’t think to stop and steam my face more, or do something to open up my pores…instead she laughed and said I’m “sensitive.” Lastly, before my service they made me sign a paper stating that they informed me of all the necessary after-care instructions for my skin, but they DID NOT. My technician did not say one thing to me. I had no idea what to do after this facial, and I had to google search it for myself. My face is full of more scars now than before I got their awful facial.

Not the best massage I've gotten, but was pretty good considering the price. Would've gave it 5 stars, but I was left with all of the massage oil on my body. Typically this is wiped off with a warm wet rag but that did not happen.

Pedicure is excellent. Please ask for Rosy, she is amazing and fast. I have ingrown nails and she cleans my toes super well without cutting me.
