Arsen was fantastic. I originally came in for a blowout, but ended up getting a little bit of a trim as well. So knowledgeable and kind. The price was great. I will definitely be coming back and I recommend it here.

Highly recommend Josh Levi Salon. For years I’d been traveling so far for stylists who could help me color my graying tresses. Since my appointments always take hours I got really annoyed at having to commute long distances. In the middle of the pandemic, I read a review of Josh Levi Salon and decided to try it out. I’m so happy I did! Fernando is my guy and he makes my hair look great whatever condition it’s in when I arrive. And no one judges me when I show up with super visible gray roots, so I’m grateful. 🤣 Everyone who works there is so friendly, and I’d pick this salon over any downtown salon I’ve been to (and there are many). It’s conveniently located next to the 77th St subway station so you can get your hair done and be ready to go out on the town. You can call or just stop by on your commute and make an appt at the front desk. It’s great! Thanks Fernando and everyone at Josh Levi Salon!

Super friendly staff! They make your hair look absolutely flawless, from haircuts to hair coloring. Arson is very friendly and for sure you need to get your haircut and hair colored with him!

I love this place so much!! Arsen is amazing, always gives a fantastic haircut and blowout. Have also gotten my hair dyed in the past and loved it! I always trust Arsen to give me what I describe in a way that will look best on me!! Highly recommend!

Wow! What a wonderful experience! From the moment I booked my appointment for a blow dry, pre- Headshot photoshoot today, I was so lucky to be booked with : ARSEN! He is So talented, and knew just what to do! I love my hair! Thank you so much! I googled best salon Upper East Side, sure enough, now I know why! Great place!
