Joy and her team is more than amazing!!! The atmosphere is soo peaceful and welcoming! As well as joy and her great massage work! She is the best to do it! And when I say the best! I say that with my chest out! From the beginning to the very end! She's good at listening to what you want! Very genuine! nice and funny person! And you wake up feeling like a feather! Wanting to take over the world lol. No! Seriously! I wouldn't go to any other place but to her! Unless she shuts down! Every experience has been great to the point I use her as a holiday gift to others! Like now I will be taking my sister for her birthday tomorrow so she can get the same experience as me and I'm excited for her!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰Thank you joy you are more than a blessing!🙏🏾

First visit to Joy Feet Reflexology. I was not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. After being brought into the work area I was given my own seat where I removed my shoes and over shirt (I had a T-shirt underneath). I sat on an ottoman with my feet in a warm bath. My technician began with a shoulder and neck massage while I sat there. After a few minutes I was moved to the bigger chair with my feet up and was covered with towels. The technician messaged my entire body one part at a time and he went in! The pressure was pretty hard though he checked to ensure I was comfortable many times. The feet reflexology was given a little more time and really made me feel good. I flipped over for a nice back massage and then wrapped up. The service was about an hour. I chose to tip my technician but they don't make a big deal about that. I will have a return visit soon.

Joy and her team were amazing! We celebrated a relaxing birthday here and it was so enjoyable. Joy and her staff are so friendly and really know how to make you feel relaxed and comfortable! We will be back!

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday. We both left there refreshed and relaxed. This place is absolutely amazing! I suggest getting the platinum package! Which is the 45/45!! You will leave there feeling brand new!

My husband and I visited this spa while on our anniversary trip here in Virginia Beach. The combination massage and reflexology was just what we needed. Great, strong pressure! The therapists have a gift. We will be back for sure 🙌🏻

Getting ready to go back to school and wanted to treat myself a little bit . Joy and Mason took such great care of us . I hadn’t had a massage in twenty years and it was incredible . The room was beautiful and relaxing . Will definitely be returning with friends !

I liked this place but the last time wasn't nice, I didn't have an appointment and the lady in the front desk made my massage and she kept talking to another clients and yelling her colleagues, she was coming and going walking around wasn't relaxing at all! I wasted my money PD: Costumer service

Been here twice, once with a friend, and then I had to take my mom. This place is worth every penny! Fantastic! It’s so relaxing and 100 times better than a full body massage at massage envy, and about half the price. They hit all of your pressure points and you leave feeling so relaxed and light on your feet. Will definitely be making this a regular thing!

One of my best experiences getting a massage. Joy warmly welcomed our group of five ladies. We were escorted to a beautiful room with the most comfortable chairs. A full 1 and 1/2 hour of pure relaxation and spa treatment. Highly recommend Joy Feet. I will now be a repeat customer. Added note… two of us drove 1 1/2 hours to meet the other ladies there. Well worth the drive.

This was my first time and I was extremely impressed. The ambience was peaceful and relaxing. Everyone was friendly and professional. Joy was an absolute joy so she has the perfect name. I will definitely be going again.

I came in without appointment asked if they had availability. They said someone is late for the appointment so they told me they can take me instead. I went inside and after I got settled they told me I should leave because the person with appointment came in and I should come back another time. Either don’t accept walk ins, wait for the end of the appointment time for them to show up or if someone is late for the appointment at the point where you take a new client, ask for the other person who was late for the appointment to wait. I never had to pick my stuff up and leave the place after settled in for a service. That was really unprofessional.

I loving coming here! The service is amazing and the staff so friendly! The owner makes sure everything is exactly how you want it. I count the time between when I get to go back! I would go every day if I could!!! The spa is clean, comfortable, calm and perfect for relaxing!
