This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Min took excellent care of me was an amazing and professional masseuse. I work as a cook and being on my feet all day I constantly struggle with foot, leg, and back pain. I’ve been to fancy places and had horrible massages. I’ve been to cheap places and had mediocre massages. Here at Joy Reflexology not only were their prices extremely reasonable but this was literally the best massage I have ever had in my entire life. 10 out 10 would recommend. Definitely coming back.

Wow, random find. Very relaxing, went in for a back massage and was outstanding. Quick 20 min, and felt like butter after. After, had a foot detox, and enjoyed it. Going to go back and get me a nice foot massage real soon. Comfortable setting, kind people, and super clean.

I stopped in yesterday for the first time. I had called ahead to see if they accepted walk ins and they did! When I got there everyone was so friendly! I’m very pregnant and came in with sore feet and left feeling so relaxed and my feet felt so much better. I can’t wait to go back!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Joy Reflexology, which was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and calm with the soft, soothing music played in the background. The staff here were incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. They took the time to understand my preferences. The expert therapist paid careful attention to my needs and tailored the massage accordingly. During my visit, after the boss Vivian learnt that it was my husband's birthday, she gave us a cute iPhone case that she bought from China as a birthday gift (see the pic). I highly appreciate that and felt being treated as a valued customer. I enjoyed the personalized and deeply satisfying experience I got at Joy Reflexology, and would highly recommend it to those seeking a top-notch massage experience.

I went for my birthday last minute booking for refleoxlogy & 60 min body massage. It was such a treat. The massage was so relaxing & their owners were so prifessional, pleasant, and skilled. It felt out of this world. The atmosphere was clean and calming. I can't wait to go back.

I went in for a full body massage. The massage was stellar. Jack obviously knows how the body works and communicates well with keeping in touch with pressure and problem spots during the service. However, it was the customer service at the end that soiled the experience for me. I had been pretty early to my appointment just in case they had time to get ahead of schedule. They didn't take me until 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. Fine, whatever. Things fall behind. The massage was $72 since I paid with card which was expected. I tipped 11% ($8 to make it an even $80). I handed him the ticket and he just hands it back to me telling me that the tip is typically 20%. Having massage brain, I just paid the 20% and left, but I won't be going back. I would argue that 20% is what you get when you hold your end of the bargain, aka start the service on time and DON'T ASK FOR MORE MONEY after what's supposed to be a relaxing experience. The last thing I want to feel is frustrated or swindled after a massage. Super unprofessional and seeing the other similar reviews, they just don't learn/care and use their lower pricing to get people in just to then pressure people into an additional $15-$20. Just charge more for the massages. Your talents are completely wasted with these service habits.

REVIEW 6-25-2023 The owners of Joy Reflexology, Jack and Vivian, are knowledgable, skilled professionals. Today I had a 60 minute massage with Vivian, and last month I had one with Jack. Both are very attentive to the customers' needs, as they both kept checking in with me during the sessions to ask how I was doing. These two lovely people give the best massages I have ever had. They assess my body's needs and tailor their massages accordingly. Their techniques are unique, as they combine Swedish with some Asian massage techniques. They are extremely knowledgeable about the body. Although I have a monthly membership at another place, I come to Joy every month because I need more than one massage a month. I 100% recommend Joy Reflexology! OLDER REVIEW I had wondered about Joy Reflexology for years, and after reading the online reviews about the new owners, I decided to give them a try. I had an hour foot massage with Jack, and it was the BEST! Jack was very skilled with acupressure points and was very attentive and thorough. I felt so relaxed! I can't wait to try the combo of a 90 minute massage and the 30 minutes of foot reflexology!

This was a wonderful experience. I went in with major back pain and left feeling so much better. Vivian really paid attention to what my needs were and executed it. This will now be my regular spot weekly! Also Vivians husband went to school for a special kind of massage and is also very very good! They really know how to help with pain relief!

Will not be returning to this place , I got treated very poorly for not leaving a credit card tip . I normally leave cash tip but this day I didn’t have cash on me I was headed to go see if I had cash in my car but the guy followed me out asking me why i didn’t leave a tip I got really offended and just got in my car and drove away . It’s very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been to this location about 5 times left a tip each time and the one time I don’t bring cash I get followed outside like I didn’t pay for services .

I was in Austin on a visit and needed ship some items back home at the UPS store when I walked by Joy Reflexology and decided to try it out. Am I ever glad that I did! Jack was my service provider and gave me the best back massage I’ve ever had in my life. The technique he uses involves a lot of stretching the muscles. He clearly knew how to get to every muscle group. I was astonished by how hard he worked. My body feels brand new. The owners are kind and helpful. The prices are clearly a value for the service they give. Please treat yourself to this amazing and healthy experience!

Ownership changed as of October 1, 2022 and the new husband and wife team are true professionals and totally delightful. I’ve had over a thousand massages in my life and Vivian, a licensed massage therapist, is among the very best. She has magic hands, elbows, feet, and knees that she combines with hot stones, compresses, and deep penetrating Chinese lineaments. Likewise, her husband who studied physical therapy at a large hospital in China worked miracles on my frozen shoulder. Furthermore, the ambiance is soothing and immaculate. Without a doubt IMHO the best reflexology and massage emporium in Austin and I’ve tried them all.

This husband and wife team knocked our socks off ;p They were very skilled at what they were doing, and this was one of the best neck and back massages I ever received. I will not go back to one of those high-end spa type experiences, because if what you're looking for is true relief, a very deep and focused massage - this is the place. They were both incredibly attentive and kind. My husband and I both had a terrific experience and will definitely be returning!

Went on a Sunday morning for a try as hubby said it's excellent. After 1.5 hours of thorough work, I feel like a new person. As someone who works 70 hours a week in front of computer screens, this is worth every penny and beyond. By far the best experience I have had. Also, the shop has recently changed hands. The new owner couple is so good and professional.

We’re visiting from out of town and are so glad we found this place. I got the combo foot and chair massage and it was just what I needed. Super relaxing foot massage followed by a firm upper back massage in the chair. Will definitely visit again the next time I’m in Austin!
