First time going here just to check it out. I would not go back. After reading a few reviews of this place I see we’ve somewhat experienced the same things, but with different people. I had a guy that massaged me. He rushed through the massage, going in and out the room for hot rocks and hot towels which should’ve been in the room. Answered the phone, but not for long. All kind of noises outside of the room and at one point thought he was going to keep the door open, but closed it. He did asked if I was okay multiple times, which was okay w/ me. THE BIGGEST CON was asking for extra tip and for the massage therapist to be lingering around to see how much I was going to tip. I felt that was unprofessional and rude, but yeah I won’t be spending my money here. Thanks!

Went to get an hour couples massage. The lady who was massaging me, her phone kept going off. She would stop to reply to someone or would answer and try to whisper on the phone. They would also keep talking to eachother and going in and out of the room to get stuff. My arms and shoulders are the only thing that got massaged. The rest she just pressed down on my body with a sheet on top. Overall it just felt rushed and chaotic with too many distractions to enjoy the experience. .

I came here for a deep tissue massage and Lisa was excellent. She was firm just like I asked her to be and she released a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders. I’ll definitely return.

Excellent massage, would 10/10 recommend again! After a week long RV trip my fiancé we decided to get a massage and Joy’s was the way to go! We found them via Groupon and called to see if they had availability and they took us two hours after calling. They had hot stones, backwalking for my stiff back and made us both feel relaxed! I want to mention they have a very clean waiting room and establishment! I am not from here otherwise I would go here every other week! Highly recommend! Don’t pay for the hotel massages this is the way to go! As I’m writing this review i haven’t felt this good in a long time! I’m loose and no more pain in my feet, neck or back! She was able to find all of my problem areas! Thanks again I’ll be back soon!

Had a couples massage today, let me tell you my masseuse worked every muscle and relieved all the stress points with a deep tissue massage, wife was truly satisfied with her massage, I highly recommend this spa and will most definitely come again. Thank You JoySpa

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Joy spa. The lobby was peaceful and quiet. The service and hospitality was fantastic and the massage was thorough and enjoyable. I would definitely come back!

Joy Spa's foot and body combo massage was exactly what I needed. The combination of foot and body work was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxed, and Joy was so friendly and accommodating. I left feeling absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this service.

My masseuse did an amazing job. I got the deep tissue massage and cupping. My massage also came with Thai stretching, which I absolutely appreciated!! She found every stress ever and worked out. The service was great. She continued to check in on me about her pressure and if everything is feeling ok. The next time I’m in Vegas I will definitely be returning to Joy Spa.

This is my first time here. When I called to make the appointment I wasn’t sure I called the right number as there was no greeting. Just a “hello”. They were friendly when booking the appointment though. On the day of my appointment, I was finished with my errands early. I decided to head over to see if there was availability, and there was. They were very nice about getting me in early. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and it was really chilly in the room. The massage therapist was really tough, but kept asking me if I was ok. Not all of the products were in the room so she had to leave a couple times for several minutes. She answered her phone to tell the person she was at work. From what I understand of the tip guide the minimum is $20. I’m not sure if you could tip lower. They did ask if I wanted water when I was leaving and if I was ok. Still not sure I’d come back. It just wasn’t for me.
