Clean and professional. Joanna knows where to work out the tight muscles and she is good at asking what level of pressure you can handle. For me, I asked for heavy pressure, but it's worth it to resolve issues.

Went in for a refill on the 10th day after nails were originally done. When I went there, there was no one else there for service. One of the men asked me to sit on the first chair. While he was doing my nails, two young girls walked in. One was there to get her nails done, the other wanted her eyebrows done. The girl who wanted her nails done requested that the man who was doing my nails, do hers; probably because the other man was older. The man who was doing my nails asked me to move to the chair at the end for the other man to continue to fo my nails. That was very bad customer service. I really don't know what he was thinking. I say word, because I am not into the 'drama ' kind of thing. Terrible!

The room was cold, however the massage was great. The building is run down and needs an update.
