Why is it impossible to get in touch with anyone at the salon to pay their bills to us as a vendor. They owe us for 7 window cleaning invoices @ $22.00 each for a total of $154.00. A business that doesn't pay their bill is a disgrace. How can they sign up for service, approve the service when it was completed, sign the invoice saying they would pay and then not do anything but ignore the vendor and refuse to pay us. That is someone who has absolutely zero integrity.

I highly recommend Joyez! I went in for a cut and all over color and got exactly what I wanted. I was scared to dye my hair for the first time, but Jaliyaa and Adrienne were so helpful in giving me product recommendations and how to care for my hair. My curls are thriving and my hair feels incredible. The location is great and the staff are all so nice!

I just need to say these ladies are a dream! They got me and my momma in, on a spur of the moment appointment. Each of them were beyond patient and kind with mom, which is a deal breaker. I wanna say that owner Adrienne went above and beyond with my color. I'd been neglectful used the step above box color and hadn't been in for a trim in over 9 months. I knew what I wanted was a near impossible task and was not looking for a miracle. Much to my surprise, Adrienne took my request and ran with it. She had me there well after hours to make sure the grey blend took. I've been to a ton of salons and have never felt more comfortable and taken care of. DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT, SERIOUSLY.

Amazing fast and friendly service with a smile. I recently visit the salon for service with Lisa, and let me tell you it was nothing short of amazing! From the hair wash to the style everything was just what I needed to get me out of my postpartum hair funk. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment for hair color.

I ABSOLUTELY loved my experience here. I had Adrienne as my stylist and she was amazing. Got my hair looking beautiful and I left feeling beautiful. She took the time to explain why she did things the way she did it and gave me some tips on how to keep my hair looking good in between visits. If you're looking for a good natural hair stylist, this is the place to go!!

I made an appointment and showed up on time, but Crystal White was with another client. I waited an hour and was not seen. Not only was my hair not done they then changed me $15 becauseI didn't "show up". I even asked before I left to make sure I wouldn't be charged; then when I call to asks for a refund they took down my information and have yet to contact me back.

New to area. Not impressed with my SILK press. Look and feel like a regular flat iron straighten. Hair near scalp still fuzzy. It doesn't feel silky at all. Nice salon though. Went again and Lisa did great work on my hair and she listens. Will go back. The ladies were very helpful. Got me right for the holiday🎉👑

This place is amazing! I learn something new about my curls every time I get my hair done. Rather it be styling, trimming, or deep conditioning I know my hair is in good hands! The energy in Joyez Salon Spa is positive and the products are amazing! I highly recommend this salon to everyone!!

Update Nov 1, 2022: I had the pleasure of being a first-time customer of Joyez Salon & Spa today. (A dear friend treated me to a day of pampering for my birthday!) Adrienne Velasquez provided an amazingly sincere and caring consultation. I rarely get my hair trimmed & on the rare occasion that I have gone to a salon, I’ve not received advice on hair care specific to my hair’s needs. Adrienne was informative and professional throughout the consultation, ensuring that I was clear on her analysis and recommendations. I have long, dry, curly hair, however after the treatment I received today my curls looked fuller, bouncy, and healthier than they have in years I am beyond pleased with the professionalism and heartfelt service I received at Joyez Salon. When I walked in I was seated and about ten min later informed that lisa was double booked and it was about an hour before she started on my hair. I got breakfast in the meantime, not a huge deal. The color I wanted was a platinum blonde color.I left with yellow hair looking like the real slim shady. It was so bad. I also have my hair up in the picture but the owner (Adrienne)cut my hair. She argued with me with what type of cut I was really requesting and she chopped away at my hair. I asked for a curly cut which usually consists of layers so that the hairs bulkiness is not solely at the bottom. I got super short bags and it’s still bulky at the bottom. Anytime I requested anything it was an argument. Terrible service. Not satisfied and not going back. Wish I could get my money back but I’m sure it will be an argument.

I HIGHLY recommend Lisa as your stylist!! Not only is she extremely friendly, but shes excellent at capturing what ideas you have for your hair. I have tried other salons to get what I wanted for my hair, but they wouldn’t completely understand what I was going for. So if you need a top notch stylist, Lisa is who you should see.

I went in for a special for root touch up. So my roots grow dark since I have highlights and low lights. I just needed my roots lighter to blend in with the rest of my hair. So my roots stayed dark but my color changed. I mentioned to the stylist I didn't like it since I wanted my roots lighter nothing else. I was told to go in next day me trusting it would get fixed and that is where my hair got bad. No complains on salon or how they treated me. Salon is clean and quiet. Overall I am not happy with my over result. Now I have a patch of dark in my hair so it's 3 different colors. The dye needed to be run down a bit more and she needed to apply more. Staff was really nice though.

The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. But I did the keratin treatment for my hair here and it didn't work on my hair. The hair looked dry and frizzy .So I called them and they gave me another appointment to fix this this. They again did the smoothening treatment but this time they didn't charge anything from me. But after wash my hair is still dry and frizzy. This is not the first time I am smoothening my hair. This was really a bad and costly idea. I will never suggest this place to anyone.

The staff was kind and professional. I'm giving this score because I hate the hair cut, the beautician cut off much more than asked. She cut my hair down to wear there is no curl pattern. It's a hop skip and a jump away from just being shaved off.. with natural hair, that look doesn't work.. The color was also much too bright. I over all hate my hair. I was told $205 over the phone and once I was cashing out I was told $330 Though the manager only charged me the quoted amount ( which was way to expensive in the first place) and offered to correct the cut and color it was too late. You can't put hair back.. I'd include pics but I'm much too embarrassed

I have been coming here since I was in 7th grade, I am now 25 and still would not trust any other place with my hair. Not only does my hair always come out exactly how i ask the stylist to do it, but they also help me by educating me on how to keep my hair healthy and beautiful. I usually don’t write reviews on places but I recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a salon to call home and a stylist who puts your hair’s needs first. Also, my stylist Ashton did an amazing job. I was nervous to dye my hair a fun color but she knocked it out of the park & I get so many compliments on it.

My wife has been looking for a hair dresser since we moved to San Antonio. Was referred here by a co worker and Adrianne has been a Godsend since. I even let her cut her hair against my objections to it lol! But she has had healthy strong hair ever since she started going to her!!

They are taking all the precautions they can to keep their customers safe. There's no walk-ins right now. They're serious with the sanitizer. My daughter gets her hair done here on a regular basis. The service is consistently good. Her hairdresser works around my schedule and when things don't align, she's pull up someone's else's schedule and try to make it work.
