As a Level 8 Local Guide who only posts genuine reviews, I was disappointed with my experience at this eyelash studio. Google has recognized my reviews as popular and trustworthy, so I feel compelled to share my honest experience. Initially, I intended to give this artist a 5-star review, as she seemed nice. However, her unprofessional behavior and subsequent actions left me no choice but to provide a detailed account. I sent her a picture of the lash style I wanted, indicating it was a fill since I had my lashes done three weeks ago by another artist out of state. She confirmed she could match the style (I have attached screenshots for reference). My appointment was scheduled for 10 AM, but due to street closures, I arrived at 10:02 AM and informed her of my arrival (again, screenshots are available). Upon arrival, I showed her the picture again, and she assured me she could match it. She was friendly, and we chatted during the session. However, when she finished, the lashes did not look as discussed. I requested some changes, but she said her next customer had arrived and that she could make adjustments at my next visit. She also promised a 30% discount for the first visit but ended up charging me the full amount. Once home, I noticed the lashes were glued together, not separated, and the mapping was clumpy and not to my liking. I texted her to ask for a refund so I could get them fixed elsewhere, hoping she would at least honor the promised 30% discount. She refused the refund, which I understood and respected (screenshot provided). I even told her I would still give her a 5-star review because she seemed nice and I wanted to support a small business. Unfortunately, her response was unexpected and unprofessional. She accused me of threatening her and claimed I was late to the appointment (despite it being only 2 minutes late). She also mentioned I texted her late at night, although she had texted me at 10:28 PM previously. She even threatened to report to Google that I was blackmailing her for free service, which is not true. She also falsely claimed she had told me I needed a removal, but she had assured me she could match the style when I showed her the picture. In conclusion, this experience has taught me the importance of how businesses handle negative feedback. Professionalism and good customer service are key. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations in terms of style, length, or overall quality.

For years I have gotten eyelash lifts and tints. I decided to try a new person and after the procedure at JoZ, there was not even one bit of a lift in my eyelashes. I tried to contact her multiple times and no response. Very discouraging. A lot of money for nothing.

Jordan has been my dedicated facialist and makeup artist for over 10 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate and kind. I cannot recommend her enough if you want to change your skin, enhance your brows and lashes, or simply feel pampered!

It was my first time going to Jordan for a lash lift. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about beauty and health. It was very comfortable being there and she also provided me a lot of product recommendations. The lash lift turned out very nice too. I highly recommend going here!

I’ve been going to Jordan for over 3 years now and there is no one else I would trust with my beauty needs. She is super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My eyelashes always look beautiful and I never have damage (even after 4+ years of eyelash extensions). because she takes the extra time and provides quality work. My real eyelashes are in even better shape than when I first started going to her.

Jordan is extremely knowledgeable about skincare. It was my first time getting any sort of facial treatment done. Jordan was patient with answering my questions and provided honest advice for taking care of my skin after the appt was over. We had some great discussions and I felt comfortable the entire time. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve gone to Jordan for awhile to tint my eyebrows & I just got micro blading done for the first time. She was so thorough & made me feel comfortable in a new territory. I love the way she explained everything and didn’t pressure me into something I wasn’t sure about. My eyebrows are stunning (of course.) I can’t thank her enough. Go see her, now. Let me first off say that I will always support anyone in the beauty industry. Being that I'm a super passionate woman who's also in the industry I was thankful to have gotten a facial from Jordan. She is beautiful by inside and OUT and KNOWLEDGEABLE! I went to school for Esthetics but Jordan ia super skilled and you can tell you love what she does. I take really good care of my skin so she didn't need to do much but she went above and beyond for me and maybe me glow afterwards. Not to mention I always go off energy when I meet people and that was definitely a lot of positive energy being exchanged. I will definitely be back to see her. If you haven't booked an appointment yet do so. Even if you just need a self care day just a basic facial. Go to Jordan she will take care of you!

Clean. Trustworthy. Professional. AMAZING! I will never let another soul touch my brows again. Jordan shaped and tinted my brows to perfection! I also wanted to get a lash tint (my lashes are naturally black...oops!) But Jordan, was able to guide me towards a lash service that was more appropriate in order to achieve the results I was after (longer looking lashes without extensions). I felt restored after months of staying home due to quarantine. THANK YOU!

I went to Jordan for my eyebrows and I give her a 10/10 because she is amazing. I was so nervous, however she spent about 15 -20 minutes going over the procedure in detail. She asked me important questions to get to know my skin type and what things I have done prior to coming to her to ensure safety. As she works she lets you know what is going on and what to expect. Once she is done she gives you a complete run down on aftercare. I look amazing and it has been way over a year since I had them done and still don't need a touch-up. Jordan you rock!=)

I wish I had known that Jordan is just starting this business. Her lack of experience is evident. Please practice on friends before accepting paying clients. When I googled Jo Z Beauty to leave this review, I also noticed she has a Groupon available. Makes sense. Take your beauty needs elsewhere.

If I could give Jordan 10 stars I would! My first appointment was truly an experience, a great relaxing spa experience, which is hard to find sometimes! Jordan is extremely knowledgeable and informative on lash extensions and the other services she offers. She has so many services I can’t wait to try!! For Christmas I’m asking for gift cards to her spa - I mean from waxing to facials to micro blading the possibility's are endless! Jordan is so customer service oriented and just a quality individual- this will be my forever spa. I 10/10 recommend Jordan for lashes and all the other cool services she offers!

Jo is my "beauty go to" in Kirkland! I've had eyelash extensions for many years, but nothing like hers. The application makes it feel like you don't even have them on, and they last like nothing I've experienced before (weeks and weeks and literally look like I've just had them refilled) Relaxing + super cute space for all beauty needs, add her to your speed dial for all things beauty!

Jordan is amazing at what she does. My first ever experience having lash extensions and she knocked it out the park. She explained everything so well. I could have fallen asleep while she did my lashes. Her room is clean, cozy and peaceful. Her studio is the cutest ever. My lashes looked so good my jaw hit the floor when I saw them. Jordan also was flexible with my wild schedule with the army! Don’t look any further for a lash tech! Also If anyone says otherwise they’re most likely scamming for free services.
