Called in advance and set up an appointment. Arrived at location and waited over a hour in salon without begin helped. Two people walked in about 45 mins after me (with no appointment) and were immediately helped and started their service. It was my first time trying this location & now my last. I can’t believe I was treated this way and I would hate to think it had anything to do with me being the only African American in the salon. However, I felt completely invisible and wasted almost 2 hours of my day! Never AGAIN!

Great attention to detail for all the services me and my daughter and I had done. Very friendly and professional. This is only the second nail salon I've tried in Mt Dora, but it is by far the best of the two. The prices were pretty standard, in my opinion. Definitely will be going back.

Andrew was awesome. I needed my nails to match a dress for a wedding and he helped me pick the perfect color, even put one or two on one nail to see if I liked it and took them off to find a different one. He cared about how I wanted them and went above and beyond to really get me what I wanted. I appreciate his time, effort, and patience. I recommend him for sure!

I decided on a mani/pedicure and when i went in the lady handed me a price list. I told her I'd just do a basic mani/pedi. I don't get excessive I don't usually use polish either. The woman didn't clean my feet properly. she didn't scrub my feet at all...she just kept trying to upsell me. I had to use the scrubber on my own feet. She didn't exec give me a basic pedicure. Greedy as hell...I'll never return

I went there for a few years and they were good lately the service is BAD. When they do a pedicure they hurt my toes so badly I couldn’t wear closed shoes for days. A friend went and her feet are so sore and bleeding. Even though you tell them they are hurting you they don’t listen. I will never return to this salon and they chanced the name to Best nails what a joke

I've been visiting this salon for manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing for years. Even when their prices got less and less competitive and had an incident over the phone with a rude staff, I kept visiting because I like the work of one particular stylist. However, today, I had an appointment, but when I got there, I was made to wait way past the time I found reasonable. After all, what's the use of an appointment if you're going to treat me no differently than a walk-in? I have young kids and my time, like a lot of people's, is significant. So i walked out since they have no consideration for their customers, especially repeats, and I'm not going to put up with them wasting my time and charging me more than most nail salons do in the area. If you have higher prices, you need to live up to do that with your quality of work and customer service. And this place significantly lacked on half their whole.

Steve is the bomb! He took me right in and redid my nails and did an excellent job on free handing the Breast Cancer Awareness ribbon ladies! There are many good technicians in this location!

They thought this was okay !!!!! I went back in for a refund and they refuse to! they said that’s what I asked for when it’s not. He messes up the first time and had to fix it and it still came out like this.

Went to this nail place by mistake. I was actually looking for the nail salon behind the liquor store. I got my nails done and they looked horrible. They looked like I did them with my eyes closed. I didn’t want to be rude and I left. I finally called to complain and after a long time they said they would not give me my money back, instead they gave me a gift card. They said it was their policy not to return cash. So now I have a useless gift card, because I will not be returning. I do not recommend this nail salon. The nail staff are very rude and nasty. I do not recommend this nail salon.

1st time here went pretty well. No real complaints other than the full set nails were a little thick. I come in today for a 2nd time to get the same exact thing as the first time just different color. I use gel polish and not only was I charged at least 6 dollars more, the shape of my nails were not what I asked (trying to get the same as before), even saying something during the process. I was cut in 2 different places (on my thumb and pinky) where he kept filing, making me jerk my hand away In pain.. it's been very hard to find a good priced and consistent nail salon and im very disappointed in this one.

I called ahead and made 2 pedicure appointments for 1:00pm. We arrived and were both seated, my tech started shortly after arrival but my fiancée waited 55 minutes before they even started. His pedicure lasted less than 15 minutes, after I left I realized her rush was she had a 2 pm appointment waiting who almost left because she had to wait 10 minutes past her time. It all could have been avoided if they would have been up front about the wait time. Needless to say we will never be returning and it was a waste of over $135 and he will have to pay someone else to do a proper pedicure and nail trim. I was also pressured about tipping when I was cashed out, I usually tip a minimum of 20% and did so to the 2 techs who performed my service and have never had someone basically insist on it but she asked repeatedly about it. Extremely frustrated!!! If I could leave no stars I would!

I had a great experience here! I had work and couldn’t make it until 5:30/545 and they took me in to do some acrylics and a pedicure we finished after they closed but they never rushed me or anything he still took his time to do the details on my nails and they looked wonderful!! It’s expensive that’s the only thing but it’s worth it once in a while ya know.

Sales pressure to change from 'pink and white' (he said it was old fashioned!) to 'dip' ..didnt like it as much (he said it would look the same...it didnt. And he said it would be the same price as 'pink and white' ...it wasn't. It was $10 more $$. Wont be back
