Jacqueline is the best! She is a master at cutting and styling curly hair. Since I started going to her, I have gotten so many compliments on my curls. More importantly, I feel like Jackie truly values her clients - something that was definitely missing from salons I tried before finding JSW. Jackie IS JSW; she strives to make it a welcoming place with people who know their stuff, so I don't think you can go wrong scheduling with anyone on the team. Julie gave me the most wonderful haircut yesterday! I'm getting tons of compliments. I usually watch the hairdresser but I felt so comfortable as we chatted that I just enjoyed the experience. I found my girl!!!

I tried to schedule for a haircut and highlights 3 separate times. I always scheduled a few weeks ahead of time due to my own schedule. Then after waiting weeks for the appointment, 2 days before it would get canceled because there wasn't enough time to do both. Even when I scheduled at 9 am. Happened 3 times in a row before I gave up. Poor customer service

I’ve been seeing Jacquie for about 10 years and I have a great appreciation for her talent. She’s is so kind, an amazing listener, incredibly funny and ALWAYS on time. She never disappoints! The staff are equally impressive with their patience & kindness. Anyone (Karen Kahn) who wants to rant about the size & look of a receptionist, or bash their stylist because you think you’re more important, your time is more valuable or you work harder than anyone else… you don’t deserve this incredibly special space. JSW should do client reviews… I wonder what they would say about you and clients like you… Good luck in the future! (Karen)

Very disappointing. Got an extremely mediocre haircut from Jackie. Have curly hair and asked for layers and did not get them. Now I'm rocking a Christmas tree. And I paid $70 for that. Front desk woman (on the larger side, older, dark hair) was also incredibly rude when letting me know that the hair stylist was running behind. I suggest going literally anywhere else.

Had Robert Morales for my dry cut. First of all, I am just so grateful to have someone who actually knew what they were doing with my 3a curly hair. Robert was super chill and I was confident in his abilities. He took time and care to make sure I got defined curls and didn't cut back on the defusing time. He also gave me great pointers. I needed some volume and texture after loosing a bunch of hair postpartum and this did the trick! Will definitely go back!

Had my first wavy/dry cut from Robert and it was great, plus he provided a lot of tips and tricks I wasn’t aware of. My hair is looking so much better after the cut and changing up my routine. Highly recommend

I had my first appointment with Robert 6 weeks ago, and this is the best my hair has looked in the past 6 years. The haircut plus his suggestions about how to simplify my wavy hair routine have made hair-washing days so easy. And the results look good every time. Very happy with the experience and looking forward to my next appointment.

I hate to leave a review like this but I received a hair cut from Brittany and my hair is so uneven and choppy😩 I really wasn’t going to leave a review because she was just so super sweet but I’m in shock at how bad she messed up my hair. My hair is thick and that could be the reason because it’s not the easiest to cut but she should have referred me to someone else in the shop she felt could have done a better job. Payed 150 for a gloss and cut to be so disappointed didn’t even want to go back for a fix because I’m just over it.

I've never had a haircut for curly/wavy hair before. I'm SO glad I did it though. I had Erendida for my stylist and she put so much care into cutting and styling my hair, I really appreciated it. I didn't know what I wanted when I went in, and what she gave me was perfect. My hair looks so much better and more stylish now. She listened to the problems I had with my hair and solved them so well. I'm super happy, and it was very much worth the money. Stop getting your curly hair cut by people who don't know what they're doing, and go to a professional! You wont regret it. 😊💜

I’m visiting from Canada for the winter and am so grateful I found JSW Style Lounge and Robert. Just saw Robert for the first time and it will definitely NOT be the last. Perfect haircut and style, Robert is a great listener. Will be back in January for my highlights.

Jacquie continues to doing amazing magic with curly hair. I had a short wedge haircut when I started seeing her over a decade ago and I now have long hair down to the middle of my back. I routinely see her for color coverage of gray hair and the highlight color grows out well in a way tonot cause a drastic color contrast.

I was in desperate need of a cut and wanted to change the color. Erendida was my stylist, she transformed my dark brown frizzy curls to vibrant red /violet defined curls without having to damage my hair. I am absolutely in love and never knew my hair could look so amazing.

Excellent salon for curly cuts! I have worked with both Jacqueline and Erendida, and they are great at what they do - attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had been wanting curly bangs for a while, and Erendida did an amazing job. She even fit me in to her busy schedule the following day when I wanted a little more length off. They are taking all necessary COVID-19 precautions, creating a safer environment for their customers and staff. Highly recommend!

So, the first picture is what I wanted my hair color to be. The second and third is what my stylist did. First off it was waaay too dark. The picture that I wanted was 6/5 what I got was a 4/5 too dark. Also the picture was a very rich chocolate brown and I received a ash brown. Which may have been miss communication as I said I didn't want red highlights as I naturally have red undertones in my hair. She consulted me and said she was thinking a 4 and 5 and I said I'd prefer the 5 as four is waay to dark. My natural is a level 7 light brown hair. I obviously was VERY upset as I was doing my hair for a funeral and it looks pretty bad and nothing like the picture. The stylist who tried to fix my hair did her best, but now my natural curl pattern is pretty destroyed and I honestly HATE my hair. I am pretty upset about my hair. I wish I NEVER would have gotten my hair colored at this salon.
