I had a horrible experience overall here. I used to come here regularly and always told my friends to go but I’ve just been back after a while(moved out of country) and had the worst experience this time. Leann was lovely, very sweet. Unfortunately the quality of the salon isn’t the best anymore. I was treated horribly by all the rest of the staff. I left my Sandro jacket, left the store for about an hour or less, came back and said if they could please give me my jacket as they had forgotten to give me it when I left. I firstly had to beg them to let me in as they had just closed — Rafael answered and was extremely rude, walked away and didn’t help said there was no one there who could help me . Super rude and horrible to me. I walked in and looked for someone in the back to find my jacket and the woman who was there said I didn’t come with one and that she didn’t see it. I said no I 100% did and I live in London I’m not coming back to get it when they open - they ended up finding it and didn’t apologize or anything for trying to gaslight me into thinking I didn’t bring a jacket. Horrible experience. Also, was lied to on the phone about the price. I was told 300ish for what I wanted — I left with an over 600 billion. Happy to pay if that’s what it costed but they didn’t do what I asked and it’s Insane that they’d lie.

I have been going to the owner, Sean, for about 25 years. He is the most amazing stylist! I always walk away feeling hampered and beautiful. A lovely way to start my day!

Jennifer who did my hair in this hair salon is extremely good, but some of their workers are not empathetic or kind to their clients especially the receptionist who receives the clients is a bit arrogant. I also recommended the place to a friend and the same receptionist treated her poorly with her arrogance. They did not dry her hair because they did not have someone or the time to do the job. Even tho my friend would pay extra for the service. I feel that this hair salon is too classist and only treats influencers or wealthy people with the best customer service they can provide. emphasizing that the work is fine, but he does not accept constructive criticism and their decision was to block me from their Instagram. And that was unprofessional.

Richard is the BEST!! He is patient, efficient, really, really listens and makes GREAT suggestions to improve on the hairstyle requested based on your individual hair type. Look at the smooth feathering he created that frames my face so softly.

This hair salon is so overpriced for the poor services. The receptionist is rude and I was charged for full highlights because my flight was cancelled. I will not return after being a loyal customer for over a year.

She is deeply skilled in her craft, efficient with her time and her presence puts me at such ease — she has truly created a calming environment in and around her chair. The salon itself feels glamorous and exclusive, but doesn’t intimidate… truly the best of all worlds! 10 out of 10 all around for Juan Juan!

The reception girl is the cutest and the sweetest. She isn’t perky but she is genuine and gentle with clients. The hair stylists are all very good at listening to what you want

I personally had a bad experience with a particular stylist here. I was quoted for a color - $250 -$275, I wanted to go more natural blonde/ bronde in order to get my hair done less often. I showed photos to the stylist who proceeded to ignore my inspo and tell me he could do it better while showing me his Instagram of clients hair that looked nothing like mine. I discussed the price with him after he said what I wanted would be closer to $350 and mentioned my quote and what I was comfortable with. He said he would honor that since that's what I was told and continued to highlight my whole head (opposite of going more natural). I was then presented with a $530 bill and when I said something, he lied about what we had agreed to and wasn't trying to be accommodating at all even though what he added to my hair made it look so weird. I specifically requested a more natural grow-out, but I was left with a base break to copper orange and uneven highlights that are not blended well. The warm orange dye is now going to create a harsh line as it grows out and I have to get it redone. Additionally, I was asked to stand outside with a full head of highlights because my internal body temperature was said to be “processing the color too quickly.” I was warm because I was frustrated and didn't think anything of it but in retrospect, this felt like a very odd request; a fan could have been used instead. I assume there are decent stylists here because it is a nice salon but make sure to discuss price and do your research before booking an appointment.

Sean is the best! He made me feel like a goddess! I came to him with damaged bleached hair, and he styled, color corrected and keratin treated my hair! I feel like a queen! I’m back! (Better than before!)

I had an amazing experience and received an amazing haircut!! The salon has a very trendy vibe that makes you feel like a rockstar just for walking in. All of staff was very professional and I got one of best cuts ever from Sean. He is an artist. I’m still getting compliments days after my visit. I will definitely be going back.

Both my husband and I go to Raphael for hair cuts. He’s a true artist! I have long curly hair and my husband is very picky about his hair style and we’re always very satisfied with Raphael’s work. Highly recommend!

Excellent hair coloring. But way too expensive for color process that was not only partial but also did not get blow dry or styling. Walked out with wet hair.
