I got there a bit early. I should have just left when she (the owner no less) wanted to rush me through early and started to wash my hair before going over how I wanted my hair cut on my very first visit. One of the funkiest cuts I've ever had in 40 years. I volunteered I was wanting to let it grow out but now the top and back are so short I cant get it into a ponytail - but she left a weird fringe at the bottom (I told her I wanted it left long enough for ponytail) so the back is all flat and long like a weird mullet! A person sitting behind me the next day asked me if I had cut my hair myself... another kindly described it as 'some interesting layers' in back. Guess my search for stylist continues...

I had Erica and she is great!! She talked to me as if she has known me forever, and she offered input and she gave me a great cut! She was running a bit behind but she was so nice about it and kept apologizing, and acknowledging I was there instead of ignoring me. I have found my new stylist!

Didn’t even make it to an appointment. The receptionist when I asked about pricing just went into saying “well, I can’t get you in a few weeks anyway.” I claimed that was fine and just wanted more information on pricing. She was not well informed and said she had to go grab a brochure for more information. Waste of my time and will be going somewhere else.

Called the shop to see if they would be able to squeeze me in the same day (I know it usually doesn't happen) however the lady who answered the phone was cold and short and said no openings to which I kindly thanked her. She said sure and abruptly hung up. She didn't offer to help book a different day or anything. This review isn't about the quality of their work but rather their customer service. Customer service isn't only when you have a client in front of you, it's just as important on the phone too.

I was leery about having my hair done at a salon, I was pretty much a $15.00 haircut person but after walking out with the same haircut for 30 years decided to spend a little more money for a better cut. Judy cut and colored my hair and I am amazed with the results. I’ll be a Judy lifer. She’s like having your mom do your hair, but a lot nicer😉.
