The result of my haircut was different but I understand that my hair is not the same as the one in the photo, etc., the girl who helped me was very friendly, the only thing I didn't like was that at the end when I was going to pay to leave a lady did not respect the price the girl gave me at the beginning, she increased it by 25 dollars more, which I agreed to pay without arguing because I don't speak English very well hahaha. The problem was not that they charged me extra, the problem was the attitude of the lady. I felt that she could be a little more friendly when it came to demanding payment. Although I liked the cut, I don't think I will return.

I called wanting to book an appointment to get my hair dyed, cut, and styled and I was told that only one person dyes hair and that they don’t cut hair all they do is trim hair. Then I have the owner text me and I tell her what I was told and then she basically said have a good one so this place is a joke I don’t recommend at all!

*The owners response proves my point. Just tacky, pathetic, unprofessional, and a liar. I went to two salons in Tulsa the entire time I was in Tulsa and 1 lash technician on a regular basis Lashae Lashes that I never had an issue with. Turnover is high and her staff talk about her like a dog. This lady is trash, you couldn't pay me to go back to this rude liar's salon. I went in Saturday to get my brows waxed and stained. Nikita let me know that she provided facials, so I booked with her and paid a $20 deposit while waiting for the owner to stain my brows. While staining, the owner stated that my skin was so dry that the stain wasn't holding and that I should have waited after my facial. I asked her could she go over them again after the facial, she said sure. At no time did she say I would be charged AGAIN for the stain. I came in today, got the facial, eyelashes, and she went over the stain. Got to the cash register and was charged again for the stain and she tried to charge me the full price for the facial despite my $20 deposit. I let her know that I didn't realize I would be charged again. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, she startedd talking about the price of the product and implied that the $15 was the issue. We argued for 5 minutes because she acted like she couldn't understand my point. She also lied and said she didn't know I was getting a facial. Then had the audacity to interject when I was explaining the issue to my son. What savvy business owner does ithis???? She's unprofessional and had me cursing. I have no issue paying for services but be upfront. She's a money hungry hustler, a smiling snake, ask for prices before they get started and check your charges before you put in your card or pay. Nikita did a great facial and I sent her a $20 tip via CashApp, but I will not be back. I see why she's offering $2 off services for reviews. Do better and you won't need to pay for 4 star reviews!

Over charged and the manager mannerism was not very polite it's an experience I hope no one every has and yes my niece did get overheated we did let the hair stylist know, plus we ended up going across the street to ulta's great price treated with respect good prices and then went to C T nail lounge and left super happy I recommend these place to everyone.

This place is so amazing. The owner is an absolutely sweet and stunningly beautiful person. So polite and great work ethic!!! Also!! Go see River if you want eyelashes. Because she knows what she is doing!! Just got a “Mascara set” and I am astonished! People there have great talent!!

Dayonce was Amazing! I brought my daughter to have her 1st Salon experience for her birthday. Dayonce exceeded my expectations! Not only was she a sweet heart the other ladies were polite and professional. I highly recommend Juicy Hair & Beauty Boutique. Dream does my son’s dreads and to say she’s professional, work is always nice and neat, and she’s always striving to provide the best services to my son’s locs. She’s very educated when it comes to hair and what’s best for his loc. The atmosphere is always welcoming. So I got my nails done by the young lady named Kells I paid $85 +5 dollar tip and I was highly disappointed and the only reason why I didn’t say anything at the time because I had my daughters with me which was very well manner and on good behavior And I wanted to be a good role model for my daughters, but these nails are the ugliest nails I have ever had in my life and I know she can do better work but I will take it as a L and I will never go back again nor will I recommend her nor the shop for any services.

I actually hate writing this because I had a great experience and had hoped my daughter would to. My daughter missed her Senior prom last night because of how upset she was about her hair, I'm not going to lie and say the stylist is bad because I watched her do others hair and she is really skilled and seems very knowledgeable about natural hair care and since I wasn't present to know exactly how everything went on, I will write my daughter's point of view. My daughter wanted a sew in styled in big Farrah fawcett type curls, she even had a instructional video saved were the hair was very close to her type of hair, unfortunately she didn't get that, the braids underneath were big, bulky and very uncomfortable, she didn't get the big curls she wanted and apparently the ones she had were combed out so that some had a slight curl and others none at all, you could clearly see were the track laid on her forehead. On top of the fact we were told it could be done in 3 hrs so she would have time to come home and do her make-up and get dressed. She didn't get home until 30 minutes after the doors for prom opened and by the time I got her calmed down enough to do her makeup and try to fix her hair into a style were she felt beautiful the prom shut down early due to the weather, effectively missing her prom, I ended up taking out the hair while she cried because she'll never get this one in a lifetime memory back. But what hurt her the most is she saw the client before her who also had a sew in and hers looked beautiful, and now she keeps asking what she did to deserve this. We aren't asking for a refund because she did receive a service, we are asking that if your tired between clients and need a break to rest your hands or eat please communicate so another child doesn't go thru this and if you having trouble doing a style because you can't get the hair cooperate maybe talk to the person in your chair so that even if it isn't what they originally asked they still leave happy.

Amazing service. I got a wash and my ends trimmed and I was absolutely satisfied with the results! Nique was the best and even told me to come back in after I straightened my hair so she could make sure my hair was completely even!

Dude .. my friends hair was sooo messed up after coming here .. Very disappointing when you spend $150 and you get twisted dreads . The artist even said she should have used a needle or whatever and commented on it untwisting in the back .. Yall should make it right . I'm just saying. Have good customer service . :)

I just got my first silk press ever done by Nique and i absolutely love it! She trimmed my hair as well and you can tell she knows what she is doing. I will definitely be coming back here for my hair needs in the future. Yall definitely need to come check this place out!

My barber was nice, but I got a completely different thing from what I asked. I came in with back length hair and left with a Dora haircut... I only asked for a trim on the bottom because of my dead ends but this was too much. It came out super choppy, short, and overall horrible. Should've trusted supercuts.
