She deleted my 1st review….. she did a horrible job!! I asked repeatedly if she knew how to do a certain style and she did not!!!! Asked for boho bob and it wasn’t even close…. My braids was super stiff and charged me 275!!!!!! Definitely not worth the price then not even 2 days later hair and braids were slipping out. Do not go to this shop!!!!

The lady was kind but she did show up 20 min late . I sent her a pic of how I wanted my hair which she requested a pic of what I wanted she gave me a price of 250 hair included . In the pics you will see what I requested and what she was trying to give me . When I ask her to braid my hair waist length she said it would be an additional 50 my parts was too big and I just couldn’t allow myself to pay 300 for what she was doing especially when she quoted me 250 after seeing pics of what I wanted and I told her I wanted waist length she tried to say that because the hair went to my waist that that’s waist length I felt like she was trying to get over on me because of I ask for waist length braids your suppose to braid the hair down to my waist

I will never used this shop again, in the middle of my service she stop doing my hair to go pick up her kid, because the husband said he was busy. I would have been okay with it had she given me a time to come back. She didn't try to work with me at all.Very poor service.

Do not use this shop they are horrible I paid 620 for my 4 girls they hair came a loose the next door and the beads fell off

Julie was nice and very considerate. She wanted to make sure she was not braiding to tight. She did not gossip about her customers even when a young lady had an attitude. She is training her 13 yoa daughter to be a stylist also. Before I came I sent a pic the price for my requested style was 180 the braid were at least a quarter inch thicker than in the pic the feed in were somewhat bulky and within 3 days braids had started to fall out. Now this was my fault I had assumed that because the braids were so big and not as pictured the price would have been cheaper but it was not . My overall experience was somewhat disappointing in the workmanship but the experience at the shop or the environment at the shop was great and I wish julie and her lovely family all the best

Julie was so sweet. I was a walk in & she doesn’t typically take walk-in’s. I was getting a very simple style, but I love how it turned out. Her daughter washed and blow dried me and Mrs. Julie braided me down. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Ms Julie and her daughter were AMAZING! They did my very first box braids and were very kind and patient!! She always asked about my comfort and made it her priority! Definitely will be back and Definitely will recommend her for any type of braids!!!

Took my daughter here to get butterfly locs down to the middle of her back...came to get my daughter and she looked like dora the explorer..asked Julie about why her hair was so short..she advised the longer locs will not last, so basically she did her own thing. The next day the locs started slipping out, I sent pics to julie to show her the work she did and that I wanted my daughters hair the original way I requested, she had me bring her back to redo, the very next day my daughters hair is slipping out again, contacted julie and she was very rude and offered no assistance, we will not be back and I would not recommend anyone to go to her for butterfly locs..SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEM, very rude and unprofessional!!
