They are nonverbal and don’t talking with kids. She doesn’t put any style just cuts my son hair by tweezers and with old noisy machine makes a crazy face with this hair cuts. The price also is too much. Not recommend this salon.

This place is amazing one for all stop shop they did my son's, husband and my hair!! I know cutting small children's hair is difficult when they don't cooperate and we as parents blame the stylist but Alicia and her staff are great. Definitely going back!

I struggled finding a good place for my child when he was a baby. When I came here, it was the best experience my son ever had. This place made him feel so comfortable. For the chairs they have trucks and plains, he had so much fun. We have been coming here since he was almost 2 yrs old.

Ladies there barely speak English and don’t even give your child the haircut you ask for. Highly disappointed

We have used Jungle Cuts for years with our 5 kids, but I’m not sure we’ll be back. The quality has really declined. Today we showed up for our appointments and there was one employee present. She did not greet us and acted annoyed that we were even there interrupting her television show. She spoke literally no English and acted frustrated that I couldn’t understand her repeated Spanish. Very bad experience, and would no longer recommend this once well-run spot.

We’ve been using this hairstylist for over a year and things were going great with the two previous hairstylists but recently our arrival seems to prompt annoyance and are treated as an inconvenience. Also, the results are unreliable. The last two visits I requested a fade (2 to 1) and Alicia did not do a fade but did one size all around.

Alicia it’s the worst when it comes about doing kid hair she’s really rude. They shouldn’t have people like her working with kids she’s not gentle at all and the way she talks to the kids it’s extremely rude

Out of all the time 3 times I have came here, even though I have an appointment..They ONLY cater to certain people first. I don’t not recommend if you are a minority group. The haircuts are so/so; some staff are rude and most don’t acknowledge or greet you.

Excelente lugar y servicio son tan amables con los niños que no importa manejar casi una hora para llevar a mi niño ,desde que tenia 8 meces lo Llevo ahora tiene 6 años y seguiremos yendo !!!!

I really love this place! My kids have major sensory issues and it was a challenge finding a calm environment where the buzz of a razor could be interpreted as a tickle rather than a terror. Their online booking is a huge asset.

I've always taken my son to get his haircut there many times, and recently they hired a new person I guess and she is nice but unfortunately she is not good cutting hair.

I've been bringing my son here for the past 6 years, since his first haircut at 1!! The ladies are really patient with the kids, so she builds a quick friendship with them. Next time we stop in, my boy had to move up to the adult chairs!! It goes so fast..

Terrible haircut today. The African American women lady there asked who we were when we had an appointment and said oh I didn't know yall were here I don't know who you are. She also started to blame my son because her nervous, energy was making him cry and shake. This lady shouldn't be working at a kids Hair Salon. I asked for Alicia instead. Horrendous behavior. If you go, Alicia is nicer

The stylists here take good care of my boys (between ages 2 and 8). It has a friendly atmosphere, with toys and video games to keep the siblings occupied. The value for my money feels right.

Super happy with both my boys hair! It’s truly the best cut they’ve ever had. And our stylist was so kind and patient with them. One of my kids hates to get his haircut and she was so gentle with him that he didn’t have any issues this time. And their hair looks great. We’ve had bad experiences with other places in the past, so we will def be back!
