I started going to Juniper for the manicures and nail art, which are amazing. I recently started getting facials here by Mariana and I can't say enough good things about them. She is detail-oriented, communicative, and a wonderful educator on skin health. My skin has never looked better!

I came here as part of a bachelorette party weekend and we had an amazing time! Everyone who worked here that I encountered was beyond friendly and they were very welcoming. Everyone did an amazing job (I personally got a facial, massage, and pedicure). We all left very relaxed and more than satisfied with our time here!

Beautiful facility,nail technician wasn’t very friendly,lacks customer service. My gel polish began chipping after 2 days,I reached out to inform the spa of my minor concern and received a response from the nail technician informing me she would correct the issue if I would inform her of a day or time that would work for my schedule. I never received a response text back after informing her of a day which would work for me.

I just had my first ever facial with Erin. It was divine. She was kind, friendly, and sweet. She walked me through the entire process beforehand. I've never felt so relaxed. If I were not moving to Chicago, I'd come back here often. The ambience was perfect. Thanks again, Erin! You are amazing!

Alexis and Kara at Juniper Botanical Spa are amazing! I loved my spa day at Juniper - it was refreshing, relaxing and an overall wonderful experience. Alexis provided excellent communication and massage pressure and was spot on with during cupping. I was nervous and Alexis provided an welcoming and healing environment. Kara is wonderful to work with, too - with a lovely personality and fabulous creative eye for detail. I am looking forward to getting services again at this spa with these two lovely folks!

This space is gorgeous, welcoming and expertly designed. Alexis is AMAZING! She is knowledgeable, listens, and gives my body exactly what it needs. She is a real expert at what she does and her massages are unlike anything else I have experienced elsewhere.

Beautiful space. The space is a perfect combination of a super chic living room and a divine boutique spa- totally comfortable and nourishing. Love the product line. Also, I was skeptical of the vegan polish but three weeks later and hardly any chips on my pedicure!!

Juniper is a place of wonderlust!! Leah is an amazingly talented nail artist like I haven't seen before. She completes hand painted masterpieces with gel polish. I still haven't brought in a picture that she can not recreate. There must be magic in Leah's hands because she is not only a skilled artist she is a wonderful esthetician as well. Her facials are a full experience, an escape to a world of bliss initiated by essential oil aromatherapy and a true scene of being cared for. And it doesn't stop there Leah has teamed up with the magnificent massage thereapist Alexis! Alexis knows what she is doing. Dont let her petite frame fool you, she puts in work! Alexis is the only massage therapist that I've gone to that fits that title, she is truly a therapist working with her hands, arms, elbows. She even used her feet one time...that was so cool and felt great! Alexis offers cupping, hot stones and more. Her energy is always postive and that is so important to me and my belief of energy transferring. I feel safe and loved in the hands of Alexis and Leah. I visit Leah and Alexis on a monthly basis, if not more. Join me, you wont regret it!
