The man who cuts hair kept dropping the scissors and while cutting my kids hair. He charged 25.00 the first time and second time he charged 30.00. Haircut is ok nothing out of this world. It’s too expensive for a kids haircut and the first time I did tip but the second time I didn’t tip.( when the man saw no tip he grabs the receipt in an angry way doesn’t say thank you for paying an gives me his back and I said thank you and he didn’t respond so I said it again and he just waived his hand up and not looking at me saying ok. I found that to be very rude and unprofessional! ) I don’t tip haircut places anymore because they are expensive to begin with and second they aren’t serving me anything! They are just doing their job which is cutting hair or whatever they are there to do with your hair. Point is NO I don’t tip anymore haircut people or places! I paid for the haircut service and that is it that’s why they have a business to cut hair! It’s expensive and No I am not spending the extra money when they are getting paid already for the haircut service!!! It’s not a restaurant! You pay their price and that’s it!

Have not tried their hair cut but went with my little son to cut little of his hair and they rejected us in an aggressive way , as we we went there walking in without appointment!

Genuinely the WORST service I’ve ever had. The Korean lady is so rude, will not actually listen to your concerns, and does not seem to actually hear anything you say. I will NEVER be back and will tell all my friends and family to avoid this place. Why don’t you actually give advice or your feedback on a customer’s hair vision? You’re supposed to be an expert. Translated, this is what the lady told me “figure out what you want and come back next time. get out of the way” I was choosing between two hairstyles and asked the stylist’s opinion; they basically had no patience for that. If I’m about to drop $200 on my hair, you definitely have time to listen to my concerns, especially when I have booked an appointment ahead of time. 0/5 if I could

머리 커트하는 와중에 빗을 떨어뜨리셨는데 그냥 주워서 쓰셨음. 그 빗으로 빗질 하실때 두피까지 좀 세게 계속 긁으셨음. 다음날 바로 두피 화끈거리더니, 이틀차부터 두피에 심한 염증 생겨서 2주넘게 심한 고생함...

I've only been there once, and that was today, spending $25 on my haircut. Despite being quick, the experience felt very impersonal, and the building they do it in is just as simple as the atmosphere. An experienced married couple run the business, and they aren't very talkative, if you'd like to know. Nothing about the experience was terrible, but I wish my barber (the man) was more sensitive with my hair, instead of seeming like he just wanted to get it over with fast. I can't guarantee that you'll be satisfied with your haircut if you get it here, unless you want something relatively simple.

I searched high a low for a consistent place for a cut, and I landed on this gem. The hair stylist here are friendly, and they really get the job done in a timely manner. They are friendly and I can tell they have developed skills over the years. I support the place and will continue to do so. I always leave satisfied!

I’ve been here several times for trims and always have the lady stylist cut my hair. She truly has hands of gold my hair grows so fast after she trims it.

My whole experience was so strange. I wanted to cut my long hair into a bob. The cut took her 15 min and I was already done. No straightening or anything. I know my hair is dry but make me look decent before I walk out. She didn’t know I was Korean and while I was about to pay she said, “이상하다“ which means it looks weird. I didn’t say anything but I felt so ugly. I don’t want to come back.

Really disappointed with what they did to my hair. Probably the worst hair experience I’ve had in a while. I asked to dyed it brown it came out black. The hair cut was bad too, they cut it about 2 inch shorter than I’ve asked them too and thin it way too much so now it’s prickly. The guy was pretty rough during the overall process too.

I definitely love how they did my son's hair and from now on this would be my go to for him and possibly mine in the future even if it means for me to drive a little bit over 30 minutes from home

It was my first time at this place and boy did I love it ! The lady, who cut my hair, was very talented, honest about my hair condition, and took her time while cutting my hair so I could walk out of the place with the style I wanted ! 5/5 stars !! and I will come back for sure for my next haircut ! 💕
