Wonderful experience! I had been referred here and it did not disappoint. Ericka did a full evaluation of my skin and its needs. Took photos that gave different views so that we could do comparisons over time- and even got me in earlier than my appointment! I left excited and refreshed- looking forward to what an ongoing difference we will make!

Margot was amazing! I am currently doing the Face Reality Acne Bootcamp. After just ONE week I can tell a difference in my skin. She is so knowledgeable and customized my regimen and my treatments based on me.

Highly recommend Juno Medspa! They offer a free, no-pressure-to-buy consult and Jess really took her time to understand my personal skin needs and goals. She then mapped out a plan and schedule for the services she would recommend, explaining the details and cost of each service. The spa is beautifully designed and you are immediately made to feel welcome by Emily at the front desk.

I can’t say enough good things about Juno. From the moment I met Jess, I knew she was something special. She is incredibly skilled and ensures my Botox looks natural without being overdone. I trust her completely. After trying several other providers at different spas, I can confidently say I will never go anywhere else. Jess takes the time to understand my needs and always delivers exceptional results. Her attention to detail and commitment to her clients' satisfaction are truly unparalleled. The entire staff at Juno is friendly and professional, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The only regret you’ll have is not finding her sooner.

I have been going to Juno for a year and a half now. I have nothing but wonderful things to say! Jacqueline has created an incredible business and environment. Jacqueline is so knowledgeable; she listens to what her clients want and most importantly makes everyone feel comfortable! She will work with your budget and only recommend things that each individual may need. I have never felt pressured, judged or unsure with any service I’ve received at Juno. Jacqueline also has an incredible staff! Emily is a breath of fresh air every time you speak to her. And Jess is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love my visits to Juno; learning more about my skin and feeling more comfortable in my skin!

Everyone who works here is just the friendliest and super knowledgeable about their products and services. They assess your needs/concerns, explain potential options, are totally upfront with cost and no pressure is put on purchasing a thing! They all really seem to care about your needs and creating you the best skincare journey. I have had several services done with them so far and have loved all the results!

Juno feels like home! The girls are so friendly, I feel like we’ve know each other for many years. Everyone is so knowledgeable but not pushy for additional services or products. I love being a member of their Goddess Guild program and being spoiled with fun events and goodie bags! This team is the best around.

This place deserves way more than 5 stars! Jacquelyn Is as amazing as it gets. I have been dealing with discoloration on my cheeks from pregnancy for over 8 years. I’ve tried tons of treatments, skin care options, and procedures and nothing has worked. My consultation, Jacquelyn listened, examined my skin, and provided some advice for skin care products and treatments she believes would be best. After 4 weeks with a new skin care regime and 1 treatment, I have fading of these stubborn brown spots like I have never had before! I am so excited for the rest of my treatments (it’s also tightening my skin and minimizing my pores)! I haven’t had results like this and I have tried a ton of different products and procedures! Not only is this place amazing with their knowledge, but they are so kind and really listen. Everyone here is just amazing! From Emily greeting you (always with a kind, genuine smile) through every aspect, down to the beautiful space, I just love it and so happy to have found Juno.

So this review might be long, but I could not be happier with my experience at JUNO and wanted to share. I am admittedly wary of skin treatments and have dragged my feet for years in establishing a skin routine outside of the use of retinal and collagen creams. But when my husband, who worked alongside Founder Jacquelyn Potesta at a GI surgical center, told me about JUNO, I decided to finally start working on my skin. Founded in 2022, JUNO is "newer" to the Cincinnati skincare scene, but Jacquelyn and team have already made their mark in the med-spa space. Jacquelyn's training as a certified nurse anesthetist means she's well versed in anatomy and her treatments (injections, peels, fillers, etc) look and feel very natural. She knows what she is doing. Her products are medical grade and top-notch, and she is staying ahead of the technology curve with services to include PRP/PRF, Tixel and others. The staff is welcoming and are so patient my many questions, and my reticence to try new treatments - they've simply let me go at my own speed. Over the past two years, I've tried a no downtime peel, dermaplaning, microneedling and Dysport. This past month I worked up the courage to do a medium depth chemical peel (*Perfect Derma Peel) and I'm so so pleased with it and all other services. I'm not going overboard and I'm still a 50+ woman with fine lines from years in the sun, but my lines are "finer", my pigmentation is "smoother" and my skin is healthier than it has been in years. I highly recommend giving JUNO a try!!

When you walk in to Juno, you feel like you are visiting friends! I am a little self conscious about my face and hate talking about it. But the wonderful women that work here are so self assuring, kind and they keep it real in a positive way! I have always had a droopy eye when I’ve gotten Botox in the past, but Jacquelyn really knows anatomy, listened to my past history and really took the time to ensure the right placement and type of tox that was right for me. It truly was customized to me and honestly it’s the best tox I’ve ever had. No more droopy eye! Go see these beautiful women!

Margot Andrus gave me the first of 3 medium peels and the result is fabulous. I am over 70 and my skin looks terrific. The Juno spa is lovely and the staff very inviting. The peel has no down time, not like the old chemical peels. I am very happy! Looking forward to completing the 3.

I have had so many great experiences at Juno! Jess has done several Botox treatments for me and we always discuss what is needed at the beginning of my appointment to see if we need to change anything. Recently I had a VI Peel done and that treatment went great as well. My skin looks fresh and rejuvenated! All the ladies at Juno are kind and friendly. I am looking forward to going back for my birthday facial. I highly recommend visiting Juno MedSpa for any Botox, fillers or other facial treatments.

Jacqueline was very understanding and listened to my needs. She did not try to push any products on me, which is great! Highly recommend! Update 4/10/2024 I had lip filler done 4 weeks ago and came back because I thought Jess was as going to fix my lips. The receptionist did not put in my appointment so I saw Jacqueline, which is the owner, saw me. I explained my lips were not full and there are a couple of indents. I had told Jess to outline the boarder biut she did not want to because I had fill already in my upper lip. I was under the assumption they were going to put more filler in. They did not listen and did not offer to fix my lips. The before and after pictures do not show much improvement. After spending hundreds of dollars it would have been good customer service to fix the issue. No I would not recommend going to Juno.

Juno’s staff is incredibly knowledgeable and listens genuinely cares about and listens to you. Their goal is to make YOU happy and meet your goals, not just to upsell you another service. Their team goes above and beyond to make you comfortable (needle-phobia, here!) and pampers you to their fullest extent. The facials are amazing, and I can’t say enough great things about the people. I will continue to use them exclusively for all my aesthetic and dermatological needs.

Jackie is so great! So far I’ve gotten dysport and filler. I’ve been to various aestheticians and I’ve always spocked and had to get retouched once or twice. Jackie really paid attention to my facial anatomy and did a wonderful job, didn’t Spock at all! Her personality is so welcoming and her med spa is absolutely beautiful inside! You really need to book your treatment and go see Juno!
