Came for eyebrow threading. I’m not saying she’s not skilled but she has very rigid perception of what is “beautiful“. I appreciate she asked preferences but almost feels worse than not being asked at all when she refuses to take them into account if it doesn’t align with her personal opinion . Unfortunately this resulted in months of me looking in the mirror and not liking what I saw. Ultimately, I understand a stylist’s experience and opinion should valued, but they are not the person who has to live with the result, and there should be some component of compromise.

Great service! Super easy to book an appointment by calling. Very friendly upon arrival. Very meticulous with their threading and you can tell they really take their time with client. Stopping multiple times to check the shape and length of the brow to ensure optimal results. Also very gentle when threading which is always a plus - especially since I have sensitive skin. Make sure to bring your own mask otherwise they do charge you for one. Would recommend to others!

Can't speak on the service- the reviews say they're great. Unfortunately when I called to inquire about services, the person that answered just responded "no do" and hung up. Very rude, in my opinion. I'm sure they do great work- but she "no do" my eyebrow threading, and a simple wash & blow out. First impressions mean a lot- and that was a poor one

Jun made my brows look nice and neat and I love the shape she has been working to get my brows into Been going to her since I moved to SF. Always amazing and accommodating to requests and appointment. Thank you Jun

A solid family business. I've gotten haircuts and multiple eyebrow threading sessions here for at least 5 years. Jun is meticulous about threading eyebrows. I always walk out of there with centered eyebrows.

Been going here for years. Yes the ongoing COVID policies are frustrating. What is more frustrating? Bad eyebrows with poor shape or over threaded.

Decided to try Jun’s for eyebrow threading last minute and very glad I did! She took the time to look at my eyebrows and explain each step she was going to do. She evened out my eyebrows and was very meticulous in her work. Glad I found someone so great close in the neighborhood!

Jun is the best at eyebrow threading! So gentle and a total perfectionist. I’ve been coming every month for 2 years. It’s easy to call and get a day of or next day appointment.

Outstanding service. Very fair prices. The owners are very kind - Lee was very detail-oriented and knowledgeable. He helped cut and gave suggestions for styling my hair so it ended up even better than I expected! He is also very personable and made me feel comfortable so the hour went by quickly. I will definitely be going back :)

She really takes time to figure out what works best with your face and the result is always what I wanted! Cleaned up my brows after many months, will come back :)

The owner can be a bit pushy and impatient with how she runs things, but I say it’s due to her Asian background lol- I can relate. Nonetheless, she really did an amazing job on my brows. She’s super thorough and makes sure you leave her place looking better than before lol. I would def come back here.

update No issues then and no issues now Jun and her family are very good and accommodating. This is one of the many things I love about them. They have taken good care of my hair and eyebrows and have no complaints. Will continue to come here even if I don't live in SF no more, till next time guys! -------------------- Been going here since forever ... Pretty cool and friendly family owned. Very accommodating, just really hate the parking situation. I advise to get dropped so no need to worry about parking

Jasmine did an excellent job with my brows. She's very detail oriented and made sure to find a shape that works for both brows. I was lucky she had a cancellation and could walk in, but she said they normally do appointment only. Keep in mind they require a booster.

She is THE brow expert!! I have extremely messy brows that have been horribly shaped in the past, and I had no idea what would look good on me. Luckily, with her recommendations based on my overall face shape/eyes/etc., it came out more than amazing. She also gave helpful tips pertaining to brow health- I cannot recommend her enough. I came from out of town and could only wish there was someone this skilled near me.

Very poor experience. Called to make an appointment - the lady spent 15 minutes talking about bring proof of vaccination, boosters, Dr. Fauci, and paying in cash only. I showed up 5 minutes early with everything requested only to be turned back because I didn't bring my own mask?! Every hair salon I've gone to has had a box of masks at the door. Considering she spent 15 minutes talking about boosters she could've mentioned that I was to bring my own mask.

She's an amazing eyebrow threader. I found out about Jun when I was riding the muni and noticed a girl with such beautiful eyebrows, I was compelled to compliment them. She told me Jun did them and I have been going ever since. She takes her time to makes sure your eyebrows are just the way you like them and frame your face nicely. I drive from San Jose to SF every month just to get them done by her! So worth it.

I never leave reviews but Jun is incredible. I’ve had my eyebrows done a lot of places over the years, and I always thought they did a good job until I went to Jun - she’s an artist. She takes into account the bone structure of my face, and it makes a huge difference. Can’t recommend her enough!
