Very slow service and incredibly long waits. Expect to wait upwards of 90 minutes for a haircut. Don’t bother checking in online either, they’ll cancel it without warning.

Jimiqah (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!!) was amazing. I came in directly after getting a sorta botched haircut. She listened to me, helped me out and got me exactly where I wanted. Think I’ll be back only for her.

Dont bother making an appointment, block out a good 2.5 hours of your day if you are going to come in. Even if you made an appointment, they’ll just skip you

I have gotten one really good haircut before, but most recently had someone cut my hair who not finished training. This is debatably the worst haircut I have gotten and I basically just paid them to force me to wear a hat for two weeks. Also got left with razor burn bc they didn’t know what they were doing and kept going back over the same spot until it was raw… The whole time the other hair dressers were having to step in to give her pointers on how to fix my haircut. Bottom line, IF THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR, I SHOULD NOT BE PAYING THEM FULL PRICE TO PRACTICE ON ME. I wish I just would have gone to a hair school to at least get a discount for someone practicing on me.

I’ve been going to this location for a year now and they are always quick to get me in and the cuts are consistent among all their barbers. Super friendly staff as well!
